Hi Guys, I've noticed that not many people have water heaters in their reservoirs, should I bother using one? I'm in Vic and its starting to get cold now, down to 10 degrees at night and getting colder. Cheers dwyndorf

Finally! Back up and growing A nice little temporary growroom, housing 8 B'shen and 1 white widow (my little baby ) clones. Hoping to get a quick grow off before going back to Perth. I'm using 7 CF's to veg for about another week, then I'll put them under a 600w hps. Got them in coco peat, and the WW in straight perlite, run to waste. Anyway, here's some pics, they're not all that brilliant sorry The first is my WW clone

How you doin - I just thought I might get some imput on my set up. Im running six 5 gal buckets in a cabinet. I use a duel outlet air pump for every two buckets that have a 6" airstones. For light I run a 400w hps. I have an A/C unit that cools the cabinet along with a ocelating fan. What so you think

Hey guys once i have germed a seed.. how long do u let it veg for? cuz cant u veg for as long as you like to the height u want depending on strains.... and should u veg it 18/6 and when it come times to flower flower it 12/12??? any help aprreciated as im having this argument with my cuzin..

Hi, I am almost finished setting up my NFT tables for th next grow and im now hooking up the pumps and the water lines to each gutter. Is thre anything i should know. I am just using clear tubing (13mm) from the pump in th resvoir to each gutter with two water lines per gutter in case of blockages. And obviously th end of th 13mm clear tub will be capped off. Seems ok to me as long as the flow of water/nutes is correct all should be cool. Will this work?

Hey all! New here and need some help. I put 12 Bubblegum seedlings in my hydro drip system 7 days ago and not seeing much growth. I was told they were about 2 weeks old when I got them. The roots were about 1" long on each plant when I put them in the Hydrton expanded clay pellets. Some were longer. I have a 28 gal reservoir that I filled with ph'd well water and added 1/4 strength nutes. I use a two part nute called Grow A and Grow B. It says on the bottle to mix 4ml to 1 L. The feeding program I have is from the Hydro store I got the nutes from as it is based on the nutes I have. I also added 100 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide to the tank. should i grow inside first under lights for couple weeks until there 6"(15cm) then transplant out side i thimk i'm going to grow 3 or 4 to start. what chemicals should i use i don't want to spend to much money so man made would be good. aslo what type of light is good cos i don't have much money. thanx Mc Bong-on

Hey all. Just started a bubblegum grow last Suday. Got a Quick Dip TDS meter yesterday. When I got home I tested my nute tank solution and got a reading of 1600. I tested the nutes coming back into the nute tank from my 12 buckets and it was between 300-400. Temp is around 68 F all the time. Out of curiosity I measeured the unsoftened water I use for the nute tank and got a reading of 1100. I have a sump pump hole that is close to my room and it runs constantly. The big "O" that runs around the footing is tied into the sump pump hole. There is a spring in our back yard that runs 10 months a year and some of that water must get into our sump pump hole as when the spring …

hideyho fuckers, I have had my little dudes growing indoors underlights ( 18/6) for about a month now. Prior to that they grew from seeds outdoors for about 3 weeks. They are about 40cm tall and bushy and thick as all fuck. when should I start to reduce the light cycle to 12/12?. my grow room is 1100 x 1100 and about 1800 tall. I figure the absolute max height the plants could grow to without burning would be approx 1200. thanks dudes take it easy

Does flood&drain give bigger yields as opposed to recirc systems because it doses fresh nutrient every time, whereas recirc recycles progressively more contaminated solution thus not giving the plants optimal conditions?

HI there, I've started out on my second grow, and and would like to ask a few questions. Here's the first I've germinated in Rockwool, they are now 7 days old. They have popped and opened their little round leaves, and the two little `true' leaves in the centre. How long should I wait untill I put them into the Flood & Drain setup under the HID ?

Hello there everyone in Oz Stonerville... Thought I might do an update on the growroom, let you know what I've been up to vis a vis revegging and show you the seedlings I've been sprouting..... Now, as you may or may not know, I'm awaiting an order of bubblegum seeds, the Serious Seeds one. These were ordered through Heavens Stairway UK, and should be here in a month or so....
