http://hungrybeast.abc.net.au/ If you live in a later 'time-slot' than the EADT ... This was on just after 9pm in NSW. ABC. Try and catch it , no Australian TV show has ever captured the issue better , trust me. (it's extensive , goes for well over 10 minutes) There is also a live forum with John McGeary (Ex-cop Aussie member of LEAP) at 9:30pm EADT on their website ... plz , anyone who knows what they are talking about , why not join it (I don't think I can load it , modem is playing up) Cheerz

I was flicking though pay tv channels last night (sat) and caught the end of a CBS doco called Marijuana Inc? Anyone happen to catch it? I'm not sure if it's a one-off doco or part of a series, but part of it was in How Weed Won The West, which was an interview with Bush's drug czar (his name eludes me an couldn't be arsed googling it..) Anyway, in the interview with the czar he was crapping on about how pot growing in Cali was being infiltrated by Mexican drug cartels etc, but the part that really got up my nose was when he described cannabis as a poison. I mean, it's just a stupid statement to describe something that's non-toxic as a poison, but once again it was al…

Watching chelsea lately with my mrs, they are having a quite comical discussion about cannabis... Whilst stereotyping a fair bit they were in no way bagging out smoking. and from memory two of the hosts admitted to smoking on air. It is on foxtel probably be on through the day at somepoint again. Pretty funny show TBH paying everyone out etc

This was broadcast on Yahoo 7 just last week.(Today/tonight) showed police ripping out hundreds of plants in several areas in NSW state forests near Nimbin - They had spotted the stuff from the air and they said it was difficult to get to on the ground. They showed footage of plants being winched up one by one. Can't think why they would have gone to so much trouble when they could've winched them up in bundles. It''s all supposed to be burned ? It would be more efficient to let the growers organise its burning - that's what they intended to do in the first place. I am new to this community, although I have a long history of familiarity with the subject having lived many…

Ok Guys, You asked for them, so here they are, if there are any others you'd like let me know, theres also quite a few growing and cooking ones if u want them. Maybe later i'll put in trailer links for the ones that have them, if i cbf I believe the best and easiest things the average pot smoker can do to help achieve legalisation and stop the descrimination is be open about smoking to their family and friends, learn all you can about marijuana so you can help re-educate people, when the time comes to vote its not gonna be easy to change the minds of uneducated or ignorant people, just imagine the smear campaigns that are gonna be running on tv, etc. We need to show pe…

G'day All, Not sure if this is the right topic thread, however: Last night on A Current Affair they had a short promo for an article on this coming Monday's show. It was in regards to a new drug/ cocktail called " meow meow"? and had one bloke " posing" like a cat under the influence ,and, another bloke looking rather distressed. Just interested if anyone has come across this "meow meow", let alone heard of it before. I'm not interested in an consumption point of view. Just curious as to WTF it is. Thanks

evening all.. i have some interesting viewing for y`all.. maybe i should send it to "sunday night" but they wouldnt play it so what the fuck.. anyway, on ABC back in 94, they aired a doco called million dollar crop, it covers alot of things cannabis.. has some interesting trivia as well, such as how henry ford built a car and coated it with hemp resin that was strong enough to withstand a sledge hammer with out damage.. there is dr`s, building industry people and farmers that would happily grow mj ( the non drug variety)for commercial use for things like fuel, building materials, clothing and paper etc.. i have had it on video ever since but a couple years ag…
