From: https://zenpype.com/facebook-confirms-ban-on-cbd-and-hemp-advertising/ ************ Facebook Confirms Ban on CBD and Hemp Advertising June 14, 2019 Despite the decisive bans on pages and ads related to hemp and CBD, Facebook isn’t providing users clear rules or reasoning for its decisions. Tech giant Facebook is blocking any promoted mentions of CBD and hemp on its platform. But the company doesn’t say anything specifically about CBD or hemp in any of its rules regarding permissible content. Instead, Facebook is simply shutting down, and in some cases deleting, accounts and pages it deems are in violation of its ad policies. At the same time, Facebook does…

Hey all, Thought i would share a few of the things i have learnt over the last few years when it comes to growing outdoors It may help a few people and im sure a lot more of you have some tips to add so go to town. Here it goes, i know i write lots but to many beginners reading lots gets you off 1 - COPS/PIGS/TURDS - You can never be too cautious ! Always have that in your mind with every aspect of your grow One thing people overlook are things like mobile phones, all the phones these days have GPS and other ways for the cops to track you so either leave the phones at home or take out the batterys and leave them in the car ! Plant Growth Regulators - interesting information https://friendlyaussiebuds.com/australian-cannabis-education/pgr-toxic-weed When we first published this article (June 25th, 2018), the members of FAB were just doing what they could to compile loose bits of information found on the internet. ‘Plant Growth Regulators’ were the subject of many a forum thread… however, by and large, people didn’t really know about PGR. Information was disparate. Since then, this article (and topic) has gained a lot of attention from within the cannabis community. FAB has been waging a public awareness campaign against Plant Growth Regulators in the form of stickers, merchandise and pr…

A common problem many growers face is, how to maintain a diverse range of strains, without firstly, increasing plant numbers and secondly, without extending veg room grow spaces. The answer to this question may lie in the technique known as grafting. Grafting is used in many plant nurseries to produce consistent fruit in plants such as apples, passion fruit and citrus. And may also be applied to cannabis. In the citrus industry a variety known as a fruit salad tree is often produced. A fruit salad tree may contain various species of citrus on the one root stock, so you can have a single tree that produces; oranges, lemons, mandarins and grapefruit, reducing space require…

A couple of months ago I asked my GP about obtaining cannabis to treat my ongoing symptoms. "Ohh ahhh, I don't know anything about the processes, I wouldn't know where to start..." Being that I'm in SA and there being no clinic's here (our state Gov't (Liberal) still have their heads buried firmly up their own arses) I thought the whole process would be a waste of time I went investigating and found a clinic in NSW, who would go through the whole process online. So after a couple of weeks of paperwork both from myself and my GP, today I got the call from the clinic and have had the initial approval. I now have to obtain the approval from the TGA but from what I've been…

Hi Guys, Well I've been cloning for awhile now, and noticed that OSA has no pictorials (that I've seen), of how to clone. So prepare yourself, for: Eikel's rockwool cloning method! My cloning method is rather basic, just a plain-old rockwool method. To date I've only ever lost 1 clone using this method, and that was due to a mold infection. Ok, so you will need the following: - Scalpel or VERY sharp knife. - Scissors. - Clonex Purple. - Oxy-Plus. - Water. - PH-adjusters. - Superthrive. - Flower Nutes. - 2.5" x 2.5" rockwool cubes. - Humidicrib. - Fluros. Attached is a pic of the chems I use for cloning. The first step is to pre-treat your rockwool cubes, n…

Hi OzStoners! I'm a honours student at Monash University (Australia) currently running a research project investigating the associations between Cannabis use, motivations of cannabis use, and affect (i.e. your feelings/mood) following use. I'm hoping to find anyone interested in participating in cannabis research and being paid for their time. Study Background: Past research has shown that while cannabis use in itself is thought to be relatively harmless, specific patterns of use have been associated with a range of poorer outcomes such as stress, anxiety, and depression. Research into why people use cannabis, and their daily mood patterns around use, will allow us to…

A SELF-PROCLAIMED energy healer and her three sons, accused of cultivating a $2 million indoor hydroponic cannabis crop in Sydney's north, have had their case adjourned until November. Gilla Mogilevsky and her sons, Uri, Roni and Aitan, were arrested in July after an anonymous tip-off. Police allegedly found almost 1000 cannabis plants at three homes belonging to Gilla at St Ives, in Sydney's north. Uri was arrested on the Gold Coast and extradited to Sydney, charged with cultivating a commercial supply of cannabis "by enhanced indoor means". His mother and brothers face the same charge, as well as one count each of supplying and possessing cannabis. Gilla Mogil…

Hi guys, I'm new to OZ cannabis but I'm a veteran medical cannabis user. In this short video, I demonstrate how to make cannabis infused coconut oil, simply and easily, at home. I tried to make it as short and as easy to follow as possible. I do not speak and I just use captions to get right to the point. This method is very easy, and anyone can master it in very little time. Let me know what you think! I am always open to any constructive criticism about how I can improve these vids. In this video, I use a sous-vide, but you can also use your stove-top and a thermometer to track temperatures. I hope this helps a few people.

Geocities: The Digital Genesis
In the bustling digital streets of the late '90s, Yahoo Geocities stood out as a haven for burgeoning online communities. Navigating the Digital Tempests
On its journey, OZ Stoners faced formidable challenges. Between Yahoo's unpredictability and the unexpected anti-cannabis stance of titans like Meta, steering the ship required a blend of adaptability, tenacity, and foresight.
A Hiatus and the Phoenix's Ascent
Come 2022, OZ Stoners entered a period of unplanned dormancy, lasting a challenging 12 months. But, reminiscent of the legendary phoenix, this hiatus was transformed into an opportunity for rebirth. The platform underwent comprehensive upgrades, server enhancements, and a revitalising overhaul. As it emerged, it did so with a phoenix-like rise, soaring higher and brighter, dedicated to serving the community with even more zeal and purpose.
Ode to the Trailblazers
The tapestry of OZ Stoners is woven with the dedication and vision of its founding members. Their relentless drive and contributions have been the bedrock of its success. While many of these pioneers continue to shape its direction, we pause to honor those trailblazers we've lost over time. Their indomitable spirit continues to inspire and resonate within the cannabis community. - Memorial Hall
