Anybody use more then the recommended amount of PK 13-14 or Liqued lead?. If so what ditterence did it make?. I currently using 3ml/Litre for PK and gonna use it for 2 weeks instead of 1 week. Is this a bad Idea ya think?

I ordered 6 x 200mm black net pots from Hydro Aqua Pet. They have arrived and have "The Orchid Pot co N.S.W Australia" printed around the edges. They are 200mm wide by 130mm deep, the only problem is the spacing in between the holes seems a little small.. has anyone else tried these pots from Aqua pet before with any success or should I go to my local store and buy 150mm pots with bigger hole spacing? Here is a picture from the Aqua pet website, although it's small please have a look and give me your opinion. I think the holes are too small but you never know.. I just don't see how a large plant could grow roots through those tiny slits. And at the bottom there…

hi all just looking for your opinion as to when to switch from veg to flower nutrients? historically i have switched at the beggining of 12/12. have read that its good to stay on veg formulation for 7 to 14 days. any thoughts? ps as im in scrog, im trying to encouage as much lateral growth as possible in the first 7 days of 12/12 in order to fill out the net as much as possible before applying a PGR at day 7 into 12/12. therefore my thought would be to stay on veg formulation for first 7 days of 12/12 and then switch to bloom at the same time as using the PGR. does this sound logical

hi all ive always just used phosphoric acid as a ph down. tried the canna organic acid. yes it adjusts the ph down but it doesnt keep it down nowhere near as well as phosphoric acid. with the standard phosphoric i would adjust the ph down to 5.3 and not touch it for 3 days until it gets to 6.3. with the canna organic acid i adjust it down to 5.0 and the next day its up to 6.3 to 6.6 crap imo

We can all go out and buy ferts for our babies, and i've even written about Canna's new Bio (Orangic Ferts). But if you really want to save money and use what they were using in the 1800s then this is all you have to do. 1 Get yourself a 44gal drum. It can be steel or plastic, but must have a lid. 2. Either get a few pairs of pantyhose from the other half or buy them. 3. Now got out and get your hands on a bag of Horse, Cow, Chicken and Sheep manure. 4. Fill each pantyhose up with each manure and tie a knot and sting to it, and place them into the drum, and fill with water. 5. Everyday lift the strings and dunk. keep this up for about six weeks. ive been on the lookout through bunnings and other hardware stores looking for a suitable bloom nutrient, i had my eye out for manutec bloom booster but never could find it, so i thought that perhaps my local hydro shop has some goods so i went in and explained what i was chasing and he said hes only got one bloom nutrient that is for soil so i said i will take it. its a product from "nulife technologies" they make a range of nutrients mainly for hydroponics but they do a grow and bloom for soil, i havent used it yet as i just flushed my babies so i cant coment on it yet. heres what there website description is which isnt realy much.... ---"Bushmaster Growth and Bloom…

Sup guys, once my seeds have sprouted using the papertowl method.. i want to put them into growwool cubes and put them in the dark till they sprout. (sound about right?) ok.. now the question is: Ive tried 3 diff types of water and they all PH about 7.5.. the last lot of seeds i lost koz i used to much PHUP/DN to get the PH right.. basically.. what do i soak my growcubes in? Plain 7.5Ph water ? :s help appreciated guys!

I have a few mates that only ever use bloom nutrients in there setups from start to finnish whilst clonning, growing and into bloom etc!!! I figured if most of my mates do this some others out there might as well so if you do this please state so. If you are like me and see the errors in this Please help me as i will be showing them this as an end to our many years of arguements!!
