Hey everyone I got some Jack Herer seeds around 2 weeks ago, I started this little one in ph adjusted rockwool. After 2 weeks under the 80w I moved her under the 600w HPS with about 50cm hight. I grow DWC style in a single bucket, I currently have 1 two inch airstone(should get a few more this week) Im using RO water pH adjusted to 6.0 and the water has been holding there. 1/32 strenght nutes(very week) 2ml A 2ml B in 15L of water. Temps are between 20-26c Humidity is low at around 20-30% The roots look a little brown not the white they should be. Has anybody had an issue with CCTV camera's in the grow room. I have had an issue, plants acting like there was a leak, tops of cola's stretching 3 weeks into flower,calyx's growing straight up in pair's instead of clumping, top leaves curling/hooking down. Have been having this problem for the last 2 months, as I had changed strains, it seemed like the strain was the cause, but that is not the case. With 3 new strains in there the same is happening, I run DWC so there is no under or over watering or fertilizing problems, water temp is kept at 19 degrees, the room runs around 29 degrees & 50% humidity, 22 degrees in it's night period. I gave these seeds to a mate to look after while I was on holidays. Came back and they turned out like this: http://i.imgur.com/BgIhb.jpg http://i.imgur.com/7Y0ll.jpg I just arrived so don't know what his setup was, judging by the crop obviously wasn't a very good one . I was hoping for them to be a little taller so I can start planting them out in the garden. The soil looks rubbish and I'll be replacing it with some real stuff when the store opens. Is there any way of recovery? There's still a bit of green on them so I have some hope .

I already posted this in the introduction forum (Im a new member) but have now found the appropriate place for my question... I have obtained seed of White Rhino, White Widow, Super Slver Haze and Durban Poison, the seedlings have germinated well and come up strong but when they have about 2-3 sets of leaves they just seem to collapse quite literally overnight... My seeds sprouted in soil and I transplanted carefully to coco/perlite 70/30 I gave the coco a good flush, it was a dutch brand and i dont think thats the problem, I watered initially with a 10percent THC Cocco nutrient as I didn't think my medium had any of the neccassary nutrients for my plants Two weeks later growth is very slow, I haven't been over watering, allow it to dry at least an inch before watering, what gives? Note I have found Super lemon haze to be alot harder to get started than any nirvana strains I've tried, I did accidently dry out one seed in paper towel but the second suffered from a splash of water and derooted and wouldn't grow, third time lucky…

Hi guys. Im sorry to start up another thread but I have a question and didn't want to clutter the other one with lots of questions unrelated to the original topic. Heya, Just wondering if anyone know what causes the surface of the leaves to appear kind of leathery. Top leaf if a normal one, bottom leaf is a leathery one - hopefully you can see the difference. Cheers edit: its mainly the top/new growth showing this leathery look. under 600w hps in recirc system with clay balls. running 5.8-6.3ph and 1.3-1.5 ec light is about 50cm above plants

Hi all yet another indoor newbie question I repotted my stunted plants and seedlings yesterday to a mix of about 1/3rd sandy garden soil (baked in oven & seived) to 2/3rds seived potting mix with a little ash and some blood n bone I was real carefull not to break or damage any roots (I hope) watered them in with diluted worm juice to replace some bacteria thing is I expecred to see droopy shocked plants this morning only to find some of the plants with their leaves up in the air? like a punk rockers mohawk................I raised the light (130 cfl) about 3/4 of a inch so the leaves would'nt touch it. Any ideas whats happened here guys...........

Hi, Had some issues with these plants, changed lots of things among lowering my EC which worked somewhat, but still something's not right. Just wanted an opinion on something. The roots are coming out the bottom of the pots, and quite a few at about 10 cm long from each hole. They've been sitting in the runoff pot which sometimes has runoff sitting in it from last water, i really couldnt say how old it gets etc etc, this has only just occured to me tonight. Could this be doing bad things to the plant? I guess the residual water that doesnt quite drain out of the runoff pots does dry up in there and leaves salts so, for the next runoff. Bad? Not so good, but not much…
