Weird looking new growth?

Heya, Just wondering if anyone know what causes the surface of the leaves to appear kind of leathery.

Top leaf if a normal one, bottom leaf is a leathery one - hopefully you can see the difference.

edit: its mainly the top/new growth showing this leathery look.

under 600w hps in recirc system with clay balls. running 5.8-6.3ph and 1.3-1.5 ec

light is about 50cm above plants

hmmmm dunno about that one pk .. just looks like a minor retard cause otherwise it looks healthy as

maybe the plant got a big fright .. whatching too many horror movies or something ..

if there getting cold at lights off , some of mine went leathery looking cause a that i ,

Thanks for the responses guy - could be be cold.. Not sure, but wouldnt think so because my bushies never went like that. These ones are indoors.

I'm in a jolly laghfin mode atm phreak so take it with a grain of salt but I think you should toss that pklant in da bin ...... yep buin it ....................... it's so bad it likely to spread to all your whole plant icluding any buds it may get if a female.

 

 

It's pretty bad ..... and going to get a whole lot worse if you continue ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, that's it.

i wouldnt stress phreak.. leaves lookn dark green and healthy.. if this 'leather' look starts to spread throughout all new top growth then maybe ya might have a problem, But other then that it's looking good to me mate,
