Something I often overlooked when scrogging was the trimming of growth underneath the screen when I went into bloom. Lazy me. I used to end up with all the leaf and tips underneath the screen dying off and littering my floor. Then one grow I decided to be clean and trimmed off all the leaves and shoots that didn't make it through the screen. The result was a lot of space under the screen, with the bare branches growing through. Unknown to me I had opened up a whole new airflow to my roots and underside of my screen, and my plants grew about 20% larger. Sup ppls.. i was was reading around overgrow about seeding your clones to produce seeds.. the story is.. ive got clones of all my plants and im wishing to collect a few seeds off them if possable.. im not too worried about losing the cuttings all together but just lookin to produce seeds from them partiucular clones.. ive heard about switching lighting spectrums and bascily stressing females to produce female seeds.. could any1 go into depth with this.. ? im aware of the male pollon storys.. with the female plant buds being painted with male pollon to produce seeds.. but i have no pollon plus.. but i wish to keep this strains as is.. ive also heard about stressing …

a couple of weeks ago i inherited this plant from a friend after it had blown over and snapped in a storm and they were going to throw it out....such a waste so i grabbed it...after using my old trick of bandaging with medical dressing tape, it came to and shot up... this is an unknown strain and is yet to be sexed, but it will most likely be used solely for cooking so i decided to tie down the 2 main branches...it did split a little, only a few mm's but decided to tape it to prevent disease setting in... already the branches are starting to turn upwards and i will eventually tie down again when other branches get stronger... anyhow just wanted to share the process with…

got some 4 week old plants just experimented a bit with 3 of them, topped 1, tied 1 plant down, and trimmed 1 plant back a bit which is growing some double leaf type thing i left on. done march 20 will have pics soon of this outdoor grow there getting every bit of sun when there is sun, there in a real good spot called my backdyard and my parents are pretty cool with it . have some pics soon and see how the progress is going...

lets say you have 10 seeds but want to create more and planted them and got all fem's(shure you are lucky) so as to have more stock of the exact breed if you where to stress a female and turned it male would the seed from this male you have made be the same/similar as mum .if not why has any body done this and have had no probs or very few.i only ask this question for we are not always lucky/unlucky to get a male to collect seed to share with ppl that you can not give clones to or if you are not able to keep a mum for further use.thanks for any help.happy herb.

Tip you plants regularly after say two new sets of developing leafs,where you tip,instead of having one node u will have 2 nodes and tip them 4 nodes and so on. Peace
