Hello. Does the smell of a plant determin how strong the buds will be >? I have 2 plants . both are flowering, but one started flowering a good month before the other. The one that started flowering 1st has nice big flowers, and a mild sweet smell. It also overall looks like a nicer plant than the other. the second plant that started flowering only a month ago has much smaller and sparser buds, but the smell coming from the plant is so much stronger than the smell of my other plant. why is this , and does it mean the buds of the smelly plant will be better than the buds off my mucher nicer looking and chunkier and more advvanced plant ? thanks jas

any information or personal experiance on any of the following products would be unreal to aid my lasted research. 1. ultra sonic fog generator - dry nutrient delivery for roots and leaves 2. ultra sonic noise generator - vibrational wave to open pores of leaves to uptake nutrient faster. 3. quantum field generator- to increase the vibrational frequency of the nutrient to increase faster uptake. 4. Wondering if anyone can help... My mate picked up a couple of clones which are proving to be a little tricky to prune. First of all, he doesn't know what strain they are, but they sure are bushy, and I mean BUSHY, the nodes are about 10mm apart all the way up and along each branch. Secondly, normally, strains of MJ send out 2 sets of leaves at each node, these alternate ( see diagram). Which means tipping and fimming kindo of do different things. Problem=> these buggers are so densely noded, with leaves coming out everywhere, we can't see a bloody thing in there, and I think some of the lower growth shoots may be affected... should he take out some fans? Can you guys steer me to some info on this. I started reading a thread about SOGging some strain or other and it all went straight over my head. This is a method of growing?

Well since my plants started to stuff up i found out what i did wrong i over nuted them and things so ive learnt from my mistakes and im gonna start again when i get back from the US. I chopped the plants i diddnt want my babies to die a painfull death so i ended it for them. I have too many seeds i dont know what to do with them oh well....Good luck with ur grows everyone

W00t!!! I have my Afghani #1 and Super Silver Haze F2 seeds so Im about to join the world of marijuana growing for the first time [all the other times were fake - bag seed that made hemmies]. The seeds dont look as uniform and mature as I thought they would be but those things arent as important as heritage anyway. I am putting 2 seeds of each in my germinating cups tonight so I can get them growing ASAP as Im chasing the grow season we are experiencing right now - heh. Ill grow the plants until the end of the year then decide if I want to flower plants or clones out of what I have [i cant flower indoors at the moment]. Is it possible to grow hydroponically outdoor. That way i can take lights, fan, off my supply list. I was thinking about taking a 5 gallon bucket, attactting a pump at the bottem and running a hose to a ""water source" i am not sure on what to use yet, cuz i am planning on having this in woods, there very close to my house and its sucure. The spot also will have enough sun light. At the top of the bucket i am going to make a top, out of something, ply wood, anything... and place a 1 foot diameter, and 1 inch deep pot. Then drill holes in the bottom of the pot, I dont know how many or how wide because i dont know how the roots will take to it. and advice would help.. Als…

Whats the lowest maintainence / easiest / best Mother setup. I curently use Flood and drain with expanded clay for my grow, but I thought there would be an easier setup for a mother.
