I dont really understand all the hydroponics stuff and am quite new to growing, but want to grow indoors. Can i use soil in the pot, and still grow under a light? i only plan to grow one plant in a box, and am gonna to put an extractor fan and a cooling fan, and a HID HPS 400w light....tell me any problems or watever....

before i start i need to tell all u ozzie stoners out there somthing im am the shit of shits when it comes to growing, smoking, rolling, talking about or even thinking about weed and so of coarse ive desided to grow my own weed right now the trouble is how to make a grow box i sorta have a plan to make one lets say a 1.8 m tall and id say a meter wide each way.... i plan to put a board 1/8th of the way up with a fan and light resting on it aand justcovering it all in foil :mellow: i have no idea what to do with the pots and whatsoil to use or even what fan and light to use, and were to buy then..........so if anyone can help me please do

i love organics can i use potting mix indoors and organic ferttilizers?will this attract insects?you need 50 watts per foot?what is maxium per foot minuim per foot?or is this a stupiud idea and am i better off using clay balls perlite etc and liquid ferts can you get organic liquid ferts?is leaving light on for 24 -7 better than 18-6 any advice please and good luck to everyone

I've got a couple of plants that have been outside for the last couple of months there only about 8in tall and look like just starting to flower if i put them under 18hr lights will they go back to veg ok for a few weeks?

just picked my first few buds from my crop, hoping to rip the rest on the w/end its nothing to get excited about bit leafy bit seedy smokes up ok not he good hydro stone Id like but all things considered It'll save me a grand or 2 in the next few months and half the gear we pay for around here isnt any better than what I've grown. expecting 6 to 8 oz (maybe a bit to hopeful), plus some hash to be made from the off cuts, final results in a week or 2

Those articles inspired me to GROW & STOP paying DEALERs for shitty little GRAMs, Quaters, Half Ounces etc. I'v decided to follow the same plans on train1 & highgrade's articles but scale it down so it's a TWO BUBBLER setup. Heres the scenario, Basically im living with my olds, and they are not fond of the old mj So i need a compact setup, indoors, but soil as a medium. Now i have found myself a light, as to how good it is i dont know, but its metal hooded ( like inside a metal hooded casing ) and is of tube type. Its very light purple when turned on, not dark purple like a UV. and it casts off a bright white light. i dont know how good this is, but im only looking to grow one very small plant at a time, say a foot or so tall. now i need to ideas in what to construct my grow box, that can fit the 60cm long light. Hi there everyone... Been a while since I've said anything about my situation vis a vis growing, aside from an occasional post here and there and replying to queries from fellow members here. Well, seems like I've finally gotten off my arse and started up the cabinet proper again... Now, firstly, let's review the last grow I had... I was growing Bluewidow, and had a plant of each major phenotype, the heavier indica and the more sativa influenced plant. I've decided this grow will be exclusively with the indica phenotype. I'd like to thank everyone here for their help with my first grow. I got 80gm/s of bud from 5 plants, which I know isn't great, but I know I'll do better next time with the experience I gained from my first grow. I took some clones from my fav plant, and am in the process of cleaning everything and getting the rootlings into the flood & drain system. So you've worked hard and grown the sickest crop ever! Luckily you cloned the girls before (or short after) they went into 12/12 so you can do it all again. Or did you? A lot of people have problems keeping their stock alive. Heat, fungus, flies and spiders to name the biggies tend to find the weak clones easy prey. Where is a healthy plant can overcome a lot of stress clones need it easy. Well you could race out and buy a cloning bin or some cloning wax.
