Please help as this is my first grow & plant has lost alot of leaves & are really dry & have spots & patches that look like rust on them. Have had trouble with heat over 30 & humidity between 20 & 30%. Also have some sought of bugs that are in the dirt that fly out of the dirt when disturbed. Have also noticed in the soil run off that there are these really really really little white worm things, that squirm. I'm only growin 3 plants in my cupboard in my room, I'm using a organic potting mix & a 400 watt HPS. Any help on my problems would be so very much helpful.

So basically all was going well, I'm running 4 powerplants started in rockwool then placed in 30 and 50l pots under a 1000w HPS cooltube which keeps the temps good. All plants looked beautifully healthy in every way. About 4th week of flowering (ph 5.8) one of my plants had a branch that started to wilt and curl up overnight for no apparent reason. I gave it a flush and I wasn't too worried as it was only one branch, then over the next two nights the whole top half of the plant was lost to it. There are two branches left alive on that plant. Hey Guys, I posted this a couple of days ago in another thread of mine but because it was at the bottom I don't think anyone saw it. New growth on one of my seedlings is yellow and the leaves are curled up a bit. as they get a bit older they turn more green but are still light green. Here are my stats. hey guys, So i am only a few weeks out from harvest and one of my girls has started to turn really yellow! at first i thought it was just normal as everyone said old leaves turn yellow and die but now leaves that are coming from the buds have turned yellow! Came home from work today and found me plant broken in half. Staked it up and tied it with a thin strip of rag. I was gonna re pot it this weekend,,,,,,,, Any advice or tips? Very sad.

To All (w/ respects) So i've just started my first grow, I've got 1 seed (I did not germanise the seed) in a large plastic container with regular backyard soil (was crushed so that is not clumpy and lightly placed into the container so it was not compacted), the container is filled with foil to reflect light and i have a single 42 watt CFL and i know that it's not enough but it's all i've got and i'm working on changing that soon but for now its my circumstance and i realise i do need more so don't dwell on that matter. I'm also keeping the water moist and the light on 24/7. I am unaware of what type of seed it is and i have no fan but am getting one small battery power…

any ideas ?? its under a 250 watt cfl .. dont think it would be light burn.. have a temp reader at plant height and a fan blower directly at the light ... did have some issues with high humidity in the 2nd week but its not on all plants Chem ibl's by the way 0427-20120307-2049.jpg] ,

Howdie all. My first grow was relatively successful after some help from you wonderful bunch of people, now I request some more! I grow in soil, and due to living arrangements have absolutely no where to grow except in a shed. I grow in soil using a HPS 600W light. I have been trying to start seedlings and the hot days in Perth are finishing them off very early on. I want to know how to get them to survive, as I have had a very hard time getting seeds and have wasted many at this point. I have tried to brainstorm and figured maybe starting them off indoors may help. I would have to start them in small punnets or similar, and I'm sure that would help get them going…

Hey guys, Just wondering if some of you garden guru's could help me out with this... It is a yellowing on half of one of the main branches, (the whole way up the branch) even half of some of the fan leaves are yellow. Not sure if it is a genetic thing or a nutrient problem. The strain is supposed to be Blue Haze X Afghani, but it could be anything since I got the seeds from a friend. There is some purpling in the stem which is probably a phosphorus or potassium deficiency also. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm attempting my first SOG project, I am limited by space with a 1.2 m tent with sixteen plants. The problem is that the plants are getting too bushy for the space. I don't pull the tips or do any type of pruning to the plant yet it produces too many branches. Makes it very difficult to find the lead branch. wasting valuable time and plant energy. They seem to stop producing these branches after 6 weeks in the flowering tent, and i have to continually cut off the lower branches trying to keep the plants at 1-3 main stems. I think the problem could be in the light i use in the vege/mother tent ( Sunbrite dual spectrum 2700/6500K 250 watt fluro lamp) but not really sure. …

i am currently growing 2 unknown strains outdoors and one of my strains is growing excellent but the other one is suffering. my first strain was germinated a week before the other and i am using just a general purpose soil. since the second strain germinated it has been growing very slow and has discoloured leafing. it is about 7 weeks old and is really struggling but is kicking hard to still be alive. i have only grown a few plants each year and have never run into this problem. i have added pictures to see if any of you guys out there can help me out and get this baby pumpin! i added a layer of chicken compost from the chicken pen to see if it would help but it didn…

Hi Stoners, Just need some advice on this G13 Haze. I flipped the girls 8 weeks ago and the others are well into budding but this one seems to be taking its sweet bloody time. I nearly shut down the grow but still have 8 weeks until i move so would really like to finish this grow. Has anyone elses plants taking this long to start flowering at all. Im using house and garden nutes and coco as the medium. PH is always around 5.8 - 6.2 and ec for the G13 Haze is 2.0. Any help or advice would be great Cheers

I have had a look around for the answers to my question but have been unable to find the answer. I am using Coconut Coir as a medium for my plants but am unable to work out how often i need to set the timer to turn the pump on to water the plants and for how long. I thank you in advance for any help.
