Hi guys, I was studying at school today and ran back to my car for a lunch time session. On my way back I came across a poster titled; DO YOU USE CANNABIS? After getting over my initial thoughts of "Shit, how do they know?" I went for a closer look. I didn't read all the info, but I think basically someone is doing some research into cannabis dependency down here and asking for survey participants. After I read a bit on the survey site I figured they prob aren't a "pro dope" study, but nevertheless I still gave them my thoughts. The questions are pretty slanted, but there is a fair opportunity to give some honest answers. Took me about 15 mins to complete Hopefull…

This should come as no surprise to anyone. This is all about Trump looking after the Big End of Town, and handing any rights over to the big Pharmaceutical Companies. This dropkick is going to screw his country over big time with expenditures with law enforcement and border walls, while the rich cash in on it before the States goes belly up. Just remember America, you voted him in. Reap what you've sewn.

The member for Buderim, who has been moved from his place among his former colleagues to a lonely seat in the back row since defecting from the LNP, introduced a private member's bill on Tuesday morning. Mr Dickson cited medicinal cannabis as his reason for leaving the LNP, but members of his party voiced their doubt. The Public Health (Medicin…

In 2003 the New South Wales (NSW) Government was going to introduce legislation to allow a trial of medicinal cannabis. Australian researchers had been lobbying the government for two very different schemes. Most favoured transforming cannabis into a pharmaceutical, but one doctor was determined to treat cannabis as a medicinal herb and threatened that if the government locked in a trial with a big pharmaceutical company, he would run his own illegal trial. He was already developing high potency strains of cannabis that could have been tested on the thousands of medicinal cannabis users. Nearly a decade-and-a-half later, in 2017, and that very same doctor “… is permanen…

Greetings, Stoners! The rich narrative of the Australian cannabis community, with OZ Stoners standing tall at its helm, is a blend of trials, tribulations, heartening comebacks, and the unwavering dedication of its members. Let’s delve deep into this riveting tale.
Geocities: The Digital Genesis
In the bustling digital streets of the late '90s, Yahoo Geocities stood out as a haven for burgeoning online communities. It was here, amidst this digital renaissance, that OZ Stoners planted its foundational roots. This marked the dawn of a space that would go on to become synonymous with Australian cannabis culture.
Navigating the Digital Tempests
On its journey, OZ Stoners faced formidable challenges. Between Yahoo's unpredictability and the unexpected anti-cannabis stance of titans like Meta, steering the ship required a blend of adaptability, tenacity, and foresight.
A Hiatus and the Phoenix's Ascent
Come 2022, OZ Stoners entered a period of unplanned dormancy, lasting a challenging 12 months. But, reminiscent of the legendary phoenix, this hiatus was transformed into an opportunity for rebirth. The platform underwent comprehensive upgrades, server enhancements, and a revitalising overhaul. As it emerged, it did so with a phoenix-like rise, soaring higher and brighter, dedicated to serving the community with even more zeal and purpose.
Ode to the Trailblazers
The tapestry of OZ Stoners is woven with the dedication and vision of its founding members. Their relentless drive and contributions have been the bedrock of its success. While many of these pioneers continue to shape its direction, we pause to honor those trailblazers we've lost over time. Their indomitable spirit continues to inspire and resonate within the cannabis community. - Memorial Hall
The Lighthouse of Today and Promise of Tomorrow
