Im hearing the term flushing used alot, does this mean washing the roots ? or like hosing the soild down in the growing pot ? someone enlighten me.

Ok some of you may have been reading my grow diary...however I wanted to re-spark interest in people who may not bother with that topic anymore. So here it is I'm in about my 5-6 weeks of flowering... I'm just wondering what you guys think. How soon should I harverst? Should I start flushing now? Do I really need to flush..I've heard both sides ( If you don't it will taste bad and give you headaches...and conversly that people who say that just do what others tell them and for best potency keep feeding them till the end) anyone with real experence boths ways out there? please. Hey ppl, need to know will this work. young bagseeds indoor under 24hr, no sign of sex. if i take cuttings of each one get them rooted under 12/12 they should show sex pretty quick yes? Trace each cutting back to donor and that will tell me the sex in advance, so i know what to get rid of even if they haven't shown sex. will that work 100% ? Thanks :thumbsup

Hey all, just a quick Q... I have 1 plant (Purple Haze) that turned hermy, outdoors. It is in third week flowering. I would like to remove some (or as many) of his pollen pods (little male ball things), so that the female parts won't get pollinated too quickly and stop producing resin. So my question, if i was to remove with tweezers the male pods that look almost ready to pop, would that cause the plant too much stress. Or being a hermy, would it frantically try to produce more male parts in order to successfully reproduce? There are a couple that look about ready to burst, so any help would be great, ASAP. :scratchin Thanks.

I had the oppitunity to try some White Rhino last night from a good home grower.......And I'm not to sure what to say? It was a earth moving experience!!!! Nothing short of FANTASTIC :reallyexcited: Read a bit about this strain, but how does it go outdoors? Anyone got and info on the beauty at all that will help me out......I need to find some seeds or clones?, maybe DAS? Any info you may have will be the best help!!!! :thumbsup

1, Ok i have been looking into doing a DWC grow with 6 pots at max, would i be better off getting one pump that can handel all 6 pots at once or got one pump to each pot or a pump to do say 2-3 at once. 2, How oftern do you change the nutes in the bubbler and would i need a meter to test the ppm or do i just go buy what the nutes say to make them up at for feeding or am i better off getting a ppm tester to cheack nutes are rite(i will have to save my $$$ to get a test meter) 3, Now when you put ya babys into the net pots what is the best thing to use clay balls or perlite or a mix of both. 4, Nowwhat are some of the good snd the bad points of DWC, all info would be …

Hi all, Me and my housemates have been contemplating growing ourselves so as to avoid the hassle and cost of buying, just wondering if anyone can tell me how the VIC laws about this stand at at the moment. done a fair bit of research about this but can only seem to find info about dried stuff in your possession. They say with this you have a couple of warnings before you get anything serious but possession of plants isn't really mentioned. Does this mean growing in small amounts is considered more major in Melb? (Seeing as in SA and NT a few plants are allowed) Anything you know about this'd be great. Cheers
