HI stoners.i have a 130 watt spectrum light.i have 2 plants and they are about 2 weeks old i have them under a 20 watt fluorescent light 24 hour lighting i just want to know when should i change the lighting to 12 on and 12 off lighting

depends if you're growing from seed and on a coupla other things ::

you need to post more detail about what you've got and how you're planning on doing it ... plenty of good advice to be had but you need get into a bit of detail to get some pointed advice ... indoors?outdoors? soil/hydro? seed or clone?

short answer would be .. turn them to 12/12 after they are min 18" high ...it all depends on what you're trying to achieve and how

oh, and I'm a newbie .... so you'll no doubt get some better advice on how long b4 12/12 ... suggest you post more detail in the meantime

i am growing in my closet it is about 3 foot wide and about 5 foot high.i'm am groing in soill. not really sure what strain it is i got about 6 seeds from a good bag of weed.and they all sprouted.i will post some pics next time i'm on.any help would be good.

you would want to go 12/12 early the fluros dont have good penetration so u cant offord to grow big plants

Stick them under the 130w and keep it as close as you can to the tops of them without damaging them to promote more nodes, switch them to 12/12 at 12" to 14" high and watch for males. What size pots are you using?

and this is me secand plant its about 2 weeks old like the other one but its really small.dont know what the go is.

my closet is way to hot during the day even when my fans are going it still gets up to 30 35 degres.would it do anything to my plants if i put them under the flurorescent light at night and then stick them out side in direct sunlight all day.

Sounds like you may need a better exhaust fan or a larger inlet vent, also what is the temperature of the air going into your inlet vents?

its about 25 30 degres.because i live out in the bush its just a dirty hot wind but is it safe to take my plants out in the day
