At what stage of growth does one take cuttings for clones? Can you take cuttings at any time? If I am trying to time things so that I can finish the flowering of one batch then move new clones in asap how do I time it? What happens if my flowering chamber is full and the clones are ready to be moved? Jimbo

hey guys i just thought id pop a question that has had me wondering for the last few weeks.. i am dead keen on using completely natural nutes for my indoor grow.. id be interesting to hear about / see pictures of results using organic nutrients in an indoor/ hydro set up. are the organic products all they're cracked up to be? ive heard of biojuice and natures own products- and am currently using natures own supergrow for an indoor set up- and we are using biojuice for an outdoor which seems to be absolutely booming- are there any other good ones on the market? and what kind of dosage would i be able to pump into the girl when she starts getting going, stick to the re…

I was just experimenting with cloning a plant in just plain old water, tapwater not even ph-adjusted. I don't mind if the clone dies with no roots, it was just a topping from a plant that was too tall for the lighting. Anyway, I did my usual cut, trimmed off 3 nodes, sliced the base of the stem at 45-degrees and coated in clonex. I then placed it in a glass full of tap-water at room temprature (around 19 celcius). The clone has a ghetto coke-bottle humi-crib and is under 2 x 18w grow-lux fluros along with my other clones. Lighting is 18/6. I should also mention, root-zone temps are around 25 celcius.

I've been growing my first indoor plants. Foolishly I decided to encourage them to flower 2 weeks before I went away (for a week) at Xmas. Just before I left, I checked them with a magnifier and couldn't differentiate males and females. 1 week later, I come back and the naughty things have gone and had sex with each other already I've learnt what I did wrong, and I know what I should've done. But can I salvage anything from this situation? (I've removed the 2 males, leaving me with 4 flowering females). I understand I can expect no more than 30% of the potency of sinsimella. I'm setting up a duel chamber affair with side by side veg/flower areas, area 1x1x2.8. 600hps china in each (not bought yet so can be altered - maybe a 400HPS would be better in the veg???), clay/per 30/70, recirculating system same as Luke Skywalkers a simple recirculating hydro setup, 250mm extraction each chamber and intake fans Truncheon meter, digital ph meter, H202, Digital thermometer, CO2 filter, small oscillating fan.
