Mother of all blooms? This is supposed to be a very strong but cheaper budding formula, like Big Bud - but as i said, cheaper! Anyone had experience using this? If so, did you like?

Hey everyone, have a question about my buds. Their in their 6th week of flowering and i've been noticing the pistels or hairs look as if they're being chewed at or something similar. They kinda look like there shrivelling up or something...I know its not due to them ripening up... i'm bloody dumb founded... ph is fine no bugs or mites or overdose on ferts.... I need a camera that will zoom in that close to show you all.....Any suggestions would be great ...cheers spaceleaf

Howdy, Iv been reading a decent amount about differnt soils from round the world, and most the conculutions of gotten too, is that Foxfarm is a great organic soil. Thats all good but i havent been able to source any from anywhere. I know its a Dutch company that makes it all, and am wondering if it is avalaible in OZ or dont they export for retail here? And if not, what would be the chances of importing a dew bags of soil? would customs deny it entry because of its organic matter or dont they care? On another note, can any soil users give any recipes for a good organic WELL draining soil mix that can be bought from normal stores like bunnings or some place like t…

I know it's a long shot but has anyone ever used Humboldt Countys Own, Gravity? It's supposed to be a flower hardener. From what I could find on search, the stuff works but is too strong, and it adds alot of weight supposedly makes an ounce look like a half. All they admit to on the label is kelp and B1 listed under non plant food ingredients (?) I'm going to keep looking because I really want to know what's in this stuff. Another product they make, Bushmaster slows vertical growth, but it does it with "anti hormones" wassat? Well anything will help. I want to give the stuff a try, but not knowing what's in it creeps me a little.

I had two large pots 2/3 full of clay balls and didn;t want to spend more $ on another bag, so i filled the remainder with a perlite/vermiculite mix I had layin around. Drains got blocked by heaps of sludge (from the vermiculite). Am I best off picking the clay balls out of the mix and discarding the perlite/vermiculite (whole mix is in the bath now, and vermiculite seems to disintegrate with any pressure), or does it just need a good rinse? This has really pissed me off , time for a few

Hey, I've just made the switch from soil to a 40plant nft system. My intention is to straight switch and finally try this SOG method. When I bought the system awhile ago the guy sung high praises of cycocel so i bought some, now I've forgotten the dosage he recommended, and through all my googling i cant find any dosages. I tried 2ml / Litre on a couple of stunt plants and they looked burnt from it while still under a fluoro, so was thinking of toning it back to 1ml/litre but am starting to think maybe 1ml / 2litres. All crap aside, I'm sure there must be someone who knows an appropriate dosage and could spin some helpful info my way, which would be highly appreciated!!!…

Does anyone have any great tricks or secrets for some nutes they use, and at what stage. I use standard part A and B formula's , but people are really tight lipped about their homemade teas and nutrients to promote Flowering and heavy buds. Why not share the love and recipes to fellow growers. Big Bud is too expensive and i know people got some better homemade nutes going.

Hi there....... i recently put a post up re what nutes to use during flowering, and some one suggested manutec bloom booster......... so i went out and got some......... i just have a few questions regarding it (1) its says to disolve 5grams of it to 5 litres of water and apply weekly to the leaves and surrounding soil. Should i be using it weekly, and should i put it on the leaves also....i was just going to put in on the soil.... (2) before i found out about this fertilizer i was just using thrive general fert with a NPK of N12 P3 K6. I gave my 2 plants some of this about 6 days ago before i found out about manutec........Should i wait a week or so before…

Hi everyone, I've been a dirt farmer off and on for some thirty years. Finally this year I've decided to make the move to hydro. So far I've done some plants using wicks which worked quite well, and I have one plant running as a test using the Hempy bucket concept. In case anyone hasn't heard if it, it's the essence of hydro simplicity...a bucket with a hole drilled in the side 2" up. Fill it with whatever media you like...I'm using hydroton. And add nutrients daily till it flows out the hole. No aeration, no pumps. The roots go down into the 2" of solution and suck the solution up before it can go bad. Hempy has been using this system since the 80s and claims no root rot…

Howdy. I've been running Run2Waste for yrs now, feeding twice a day, only when the lights are on. I was told to do that by a hydroshop that i use to frequent. Now I'm being told from another shop that it's best to feed 3 times a day, at 8hr intevals. If you're prefered method is run2waste, i'd love to here about ur feeding times, why you choose to feed at those intervals (theory), what medium u use, and results you're getting. bb
