3 weeks left of flowering canna pk13 14 or not?

Recommended Posts

Hey,my plants are about 3 weeks of from harvest and was thinking of boosting them up.

Is canna pk 13-14 alright for outdoor plants grown in soil?and is now a good time to start using it?

Oh yeh by the way i have been using an organic coco 2 part flower fert every second day weaker than recommended on the bottle.plus i used monsta bud at half strength up until i ran out which was around 4 and a half weeks into flower and then from there i have been using ozi tonic at half strength.

cheers:)

Yeah, you could use it on outdoor soil grown plants, but massively reduce the rate, say 1/4 strength, and just do it every couple of waters between ferts (if you're still fertilising that is)

Potash (Sulphate of potash, you can get at most garden centers) is a good thing to add as an amendment to outdoor plants just before or after you see them bloom, or even just as you plant. A fistful shaken around the outer dripline, (where the outer edges of the canopy are in relation to the soil) will help provide much needed phosphorus and potassium, some kinds even have magnesium added.

Got any pics for the cannaporn addicts that we are?

That's what the forums are for dude. :)

Yeah, I'd do it that way, just give them some ozi during the last couple of weeks, perhaps with last few days on straight water. There's likely a fair bit of soluble nutrition left in the soil still but with hydroponic nutrients they're washed away by rain and watering relatively quickly compared to slow release and less soluble nutrients which require breakdown.

Perhaps you could start your own growing diary? Even if it's only a late entrant (as far as the plant's concerned that is) it can still help to get some opinions and comments from the boards. And it's fun to show off. :sdj:

Hope it all goes well for ya. :)
