Hey all! Love this site, full of great info and reading... however im still a complete noob My first post here. Ive been trolling all the forums last couple of weeks, gathering and reading as much as I can soak in, not quite sure how to diagnose yet, all the pics ive seen so far of problems, well, some look similar, but I really have no idea. Grow Setup: 600w Super HPS deluxe - sitting about 60cm/23inches above plants. 150mm intake fan - cheapy from bunnings. Running 24/7 150mm Centrifugal exhaust. This is a pic of one of the leaves on my 3 flowering girls......every plant has 4 or 5 of these and never n new growth......takes bout 3 days to go from good to this stage......light at the moment is foot and a half off the plants as looks like its burnt but temps are mid 20s and hand under light test tells me i can go way closer. I can think of a few things which might cause this but my ph seems ok at 6.2 for coco and feedin at 1200...pretty low.....maybe nitrogen deff.......anyways ill let u guy have alook. In no way r the plants riddin with these but would like to get fixed before it gets to that.

THIS IS MY SET UP... 2x2 grow tent ( temp normally above 20 degrees but it's in my shed so it's hard to regulate) 600 watt light 18/6 (about one and a half foot from plants) extration fan ebb & flow system solution is at half strength heated to 24 degrees, PH 6. plants in rock wool cubes sitting in the tray This is my first attempt at growing indoors and I would greatly accept any advise. My plants are 1 month old and are only 8cm tall and on their 5th soots. Their leaves get to a certain size (small) and don't seem to get any bigger, their not yellow or anything just small! Hey all A FOAF has some seedlings which all seem to be quite spindly in the main stem, as a result they are kind of laying over and generally being unstable. The plants look healthy enough at the moment, are they likely to grow out of this problem? Anything that can be done to help them out? Cheers A

G`day all, Just wondering what you guys think. Me personally for 3 weeks and 4 days old compared to other CFL grows mine doesn't really come close to the size but in a way mine has more leaf sprouts all over compared to their plants. Im just wondering if anything is going wrong. Your help would be much appreciated. The other day my friend brings me a big cannabis leaf. 8 leafs stemming off it, and looking dry and frail, and she told me the reason she had it was because of the defect on it. On one of the lower leafs it has a hole right through it with a brownish red tinge too it. Re-cut the end of the stem at an angle and put it in a vase of water. It's only been 2 days but its looking a lot healthier:idea:, which peaks my curiosity a bit because, I've seen leafs (with a fair amount of stem) of plants grow with only water right out of plastic cups. So my questions are, ever heard of this defect in the leaf and will this grow into a full fledged cannabis plant? Sorry no ph…

Ok 2 days ago i accidently almost broke off the new growth on the main stem.....shit:(. While the new growth has not died the place i split it doesnt seem to be healing and is very weak. What my question is , does it heal...or should i just cut it off. Cheer ppl.

Hey People, small problem this morning. In the pic below you can sort of see that the top of this plant has just wilted right over. The rest of the plant is pretty healthy apart from the odd slightly yellow leaf or burnt tip, which im pretty sure is associated which not having proper coco nutes. My other 2 plants dont have this problem.

need help would like some opinions on this seem the bottom leaf is doing a twist and gettin light yellow like viens and noticed a bit of red on main vein of the leaf any ideas???????? arr also the fert was put in after just wanted to know what went wrong might be a thing too look out with using the soil mix i have at the moment

Hey all, this is my first grow and the leaves my seedlings (2 weeks old) are pointing almost straight up in a V shape and a couple of the very tips are turning brown/yellow. Is this because of too much water or too much heat as my friends suggested or could it be something else? Cheers

OK , I made a new grow room and put my plants in it . They were removed from the bedroom cupboard to the new room in the garage . Problem is , it's too bloody cold of a night ! We had minus 4 here overnight . They are in perlite , in pots , that are sitting in kitty litter trays , that I hand water every week . I raised the pots off the floor by sitting them on styro foam boxes . How can I overcome this night time temp problem ? I turned the lights on so they get lit overnight , and dark during the day . The daytime (lights on) temps are about 27 degrees , but the night time temps (lights off) are down to Zero ! Cheers CG

Hey peoples I m currently growing some plants with a worse pedigree than most mungrel-bred Aussies (i mean this affectionately refering to my own diverse heritage). They are growing really well in my room 2 X 600 wat Climate controlled hydroponic By the way i have ak47 ready to go as soon as these whores are gone BUT to the point ! I checked my plants on a thurs and saw no problems then i checked again the following monday and one my beautiful girls was actually a tranny aka hermaphrodite. I was more shocked then that time in Thai land with a lady boy (another story). In these three days she had managed to manifest and open 2 flowers!!!!!! FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK …
