need help would like some opinions on this seem the bottom leaf is doing a twist and gettin light yellow like viens and noticed a bit of red on main vein of the leaf any ideas???????? arr also the fert was put in after just wanted to know what went wrong might be a thing too look out with using the soil mix i have at the moment

Looks like Nute burn to me .

looks like a combination of nute burn and a pH imbalance to me in either case the solution is the same, flush the plant with pH adjusted water.

 

on a side note you shouldnt have to give that plant any nutrients at that stage of growth. it only looks a week or 2 old and there should still be enough nutrients in the soil to keep it going. adding any more nutrients will only cause problems until the plant starts showing a lack of nutrients which will mean it has used all the ones in the soil up. when that happens you should feed the plants, but only a very small amount because soil plants can be a little touchy
