Hey folks I've started my very first grow and after an initial period of excitement I'm worried things aren't going well. I germinated 10 Holland's Hope seeds one week ago and 7 of them quickly threw their tap roots. Put them in Richgro potting mix in peat pots and into a seedling box on a bed with the electric blanket on and a single low wattage CFL. Things looked good and on day 6 I upped the lighting ante with a 48W CFL on 18/6. Stem growth has been rapid but leaf development is slow and today - day 8 - some seedlings are having trouble staying up. Tonight I switched to 24/0 and delivered their first hit of nutrients - very weak solution of Seasol Powerfeede…

Hey Guys! I am a newbi, but I have spent the last 6 months learning and buying and I thought that after all this investment I would have a kick ass stealth setup, but my plants are terrible and I hope some of you guys who know better can lend some advice. I dont know what im doing wrong, so im going to have to tell you guys everything so sorry for the long read. I am growing in a grow tent in the wardrobe, in nutrifields COCO (50% perlite from bunnings) using nutrifield nutes part A and B. I have a 400 W HPS that is sitting 22 inces above my plants (they get about 500-800 LMS, have tried closer but that just leads to burning), air conditioner on the outside of the ten…

hey guys My problem is now that one of the three seedlings has actualy fallen over! its still alive, but cant support itself! the others are fine, strong stems, they have a fan blowing over them for this. ive tied it to a stake and proped it up, but is it worth it? what do you guys recomend? So, what ive got going is a wardrobe grow 165cm high, 60cm deep and 200cm wide. Running a 600 w HPS about one metre from seedlings. They are in dirt(potting mix, perlite, worm castings and blood and bone, with a bit of slow release on top of pots). the strain is mazar, they are 2 and a half weeks old. cheers

Hey all, Attached is some rather poor quality photos of a tiny plant i've had for a few weeks and over the past week have noticed starting from the bottom leaves, they ahve turned yellow, and dark spots started to turn up on the leaves. One or two spot per leaf. Is it normal for the bottom leaves to yellow and fall off? This plant has all it's original leaves. I originally had the plant in soil, but started to freak when the plant started to wilt and decided to transfer it to Perlite which it has been in for 2 days now. I have it under a 400W light that has been running 24/0 but have started to give it 6hrs of darkness as i think the light may be overheating it. …

Hey, im after some advice. these plants have been veg'in for 2 months in soil with some clay mixed in under 600w hps. The temps stay between 16-27c and the lights r 18/6. The new growth and highest shoots r yellowing, i think it could ether b from finding out the ph of the soil in a pot i transplanted to was high (nearly 8) and got brought down (to 6.5) using too much sulphur mixed into the soil. or from some little flying mites ive found a few of near the soil and plant. What does it look like to everyone? im not using any ferts as yet coz i figured the new soil would have enough goodness in it (yates potting mix). ive flushed em, and put sticky insect traps…

CURRENTLY: She is a "Nirvana" Feminized wonder Woman. 3-Weeks in Veg. Some of her leaf growth is odd and mis-shapened. She is in an "Auto-Pot" gravity fed/ebb-flow type system. 50/50 Perlite-Vermiculite. "Green Dream" One Part 3-1-5 Nute at 1.3EC (600PPM), 25degC, PH=6.0 , Airstone, 40L Res, 2 x 10" pot system. Adequate fresh air, circulation, ventilation, extraction. Under a 1000watt MH lamp about a foot from the top. EARLY DAYS: Kick-started with water soaking (6.0PH). Planted knot-up 2-3mm in a pre-soaked rockwool cube. P…

Hi Nervous first grow here - 3 plants started off 2nd week June - in pots indoors under natural light (kinda indoor greenhouse roof thing...). Just recently pale spots have started appearing on the lower leaves of one of the babies. Soil ph seems ok-ish at 7, and the water is 7-ish as well. I tried flushing today with ph7 ... maybe a bit rash before I asked for help. Is is possible this is just from sloppy watering? Here are the pics As one shows, overall the plant seems pretty healthy and is growing well considering the miserable UK shineshine! Thanks for any help/ideas you can offer ...

Can the strain change if you clone from clones? Can you f the strain if you clone from a 2 week flowering plant? My last grow seems to have f’d up; I think lately I have been far too easy going with my favorites and it seems now my strains are paying the price. My clones take up to 3.5 weeks from clones to show new green veg growth. Some of my last plants flowers where far fluffier and all of them didn’t stretch much at all and that’s all plants. The fluffy tops are just not adding any weight at all and I’m so stressed. I’m just hand watering these plants, they are being fed in veg: Canna veg 2 part, house and garden root excel. In flower I am using DM advance, Microbial,…
