seedling leaves down?

hey guys

 

So, what ive got going is a wardrobe grow 165cm high, 60cm deep and 200cm wide.

Running a 600 w HPS about one metre from seedlings.

They are in dirt(potting mix, perlite, worm castings and blood and bone, with a bit of slow release on top of pots).

they are 11 days old and about 4cm high. very green, just that the tips of the leaves are turned down. they are mazar, and are getting ph adjusted water once or twice a day.

any ideas and is this bad?
