Hi Everyone, Im venturing into the world of growing some medical grade buds for my insomnia and chronic pain. Im trying auto flowers in a cabinet grow and are going .... ok.... Just curious, Im in the far north qld area, i know its late but the days are still 13 hrs at least and its warm still for another 3 months. I want to vege under 80w CFL then introduce to outdoors. Problem is i cant really get any DIRECT sunlight around my house that is stealthy enough for people not to notice. At most i can get maybe 3 hours on my balcony OR can get the full day under a rainforest/bush canopy that sheds some light but nothing direct constantly. Are there strains good …

Hello guys 'n girls, First of all, I'm sorry if this is the wrong subforum. I didn't really know where to place this since it crosses in and outdoor... I've been doing some research and am keen to start my own grow. A quick overview of my situation: - Middle of Sydney - Densely populated apartment block on a high level - North-facing balcony, well shielded from rain and wind - Small studio apartment As you can gather, stealth and space are important, which is why I'm not going for huge high-yielding plants. If I can reap a bud or two for personal use every now and then, I'd be a happy camper. My expectations in regards to yield are well in check. My…

Hey guys I never thought I'd say this but the plants are too damn big! Does anyone have any idea on how I could potentially hide them? They're a good 9-10ft tall with at least another month to go before I could even think about harvesting. Sorry for the crappy pics, It's hard to get a good angle.

Hi, My little plant is in flower. She is only small but coming along well. I kept her in a 20cm till now on purpose as I only have a small grow area and I want to keep her small. I just potted up to 30cm in the weekend to ensure she was not root bound. Turned out she was ok, but I am glad she has more room now as we hit the home stretch. How often should I be feeding with powerfeed, seasol and potash. I have been feeding weekly but reading here some feed daily. Can I really up the feeding now she is in flower to get maximum yield ? I don't want to over cook her. What ratio would you feed in a 2l watering can? And how often? Before anyone says I should get somethin…

Hi, I just noticed that my backyard is quite illuminated by a light out on the road. Not major just more light up than moonlight. Would this have an adverse effect?

Was a seed from Bonza. Supposed to be a feminised skunk. Was planted late. December I think. Doesn't seem to have seeds. Weird looking little thing. Is it usable.

Hi People This is my first time posting here, what a great community. I have a feminised Black Destroyer, which has been in flowering stage for about 3 weeks. Its been bent down and trained to grow in amongst vegies yet it has now begun to pop out of the top. In this kind of situation, the concern i have is about having to let people into my back yard (no choice there) for the whole day, and wanting to conceal it. Its in the ground. Deep in the ground, below all of my vegies. Because it has been bent down and trained, it may be able to be pulled down a little more to hide better amongst my other plants but i am concerned that at this stage in its development that the buds…

Hi there, Im new to the forum. Im having trouble finding the right advice. I live in Far north QLD and a mate is starting his first grow. He is having trouble finding the right soil. Everything has controlled release nutes in it or shit loads of bark. Where can he buy a good potting mix for seedlings? The seedlings are being brought up inside by germination in water, then into soil under a fluro tube, then they will be taken outside when ready. Currently using soil from bunnings, but the seedlings have been going for 3 weeks an have stalled, leaves are curling and they are only about 10cm tall. Then whats the best mix for when i repot them to go outside? …

Hi, I have a plant that is 3-5 weeks into flower outdoors. It is just a general bush strain that I found in a bag, nothing special I don't think. Anyway, I wanted to keep it small to be in the stealth side, I have succeeded and she is very healthy and well cared for. The thing is, she is in a 200mm pot currently and I am starting to think she might be root bound or very close to it. I feel to maximize yield I might was to up the pot size slightly. I am worried about stunting it given she is flowering and healthy and looks really happy. Also should I just go for a standard soil medium from bunnings that I have been using ? Currently feeding with powerfeed to vegie…

Brothers and Sisters, I figured i would start a grow diary and join the ranks. Not only for my own personal review, but to possibly help others so we can all benefit from all of the Grand Masters wisdom (Experienced growers). The Mango Seed i got for free from Bonza (Cheers if you're reading, i'm still not sure what strain it is because several different types exist with the word "Mango") and the second isn't what I've been told it was, so i'm not too sure what it is or if they are even autos. The Mango started to smell about 2/3 weeks ago (Makes my mouth water just thinking about it) and Jack CH9L seems to have a smell just coming through recently. One plant does…

Hi I am new here. I have a question about potash. I have been feeding my plant power feed and seasol from Bunnings. I have just started to flower. They are around 1cm. Question is do I cut out power feed and just use soluble potash or continue in conjunction with power feed? And stick to the seasol. I feed power feed yesterday. Will I do damage if I feed with potash tonight? Appreciate any expert advice on this. Cheers
