Auto: Dark Devil has entered the building

After researching Autos and taking in everything I have read I decided to try a Dark Devil.

Today is day 4 since germination and it's looking pretty tough already.

It's in a 20 ltr pot using 1 quarter matured chook shit, 2 qtr seasol potting mix and 1 qtr high quality garden soil.

I've read plenty about growing autos but being my first shot any input is greatly appreciated.

Outdoors or indoors?

i havent read much about autos but cant be much different from growing normal strains just with the autos u cant afford a fuck up during veg or it'll stunt them and they'll be 40cm tall

Some do only get 40cm tall, autos are more about quick turnaround and variety than yield. Instead of growing one photo plant, grow several autos of different strains.

7.5 weeks old approx 69 cm. Nearly ready to pull?

Any thoughts on leaving it in complete darkness for 2 days before I pull?

Nice looking plant.

 

No need for any hocus pocus just harvest it when you feel like it.

 

Looks ready or close to it, you'll just have to choose when you think it's right. Or you could harvest part of it and leave the rest to see if it makes any difference.
