hey guys i no a few people who grow dope indoors and some grow tall plants and others grow short plants and some of the blokes who grow the tall plants told me they cut them in half because the top has had all the light and is ready while the lower half is still thin and coverd in white hairs so they put them back on nutes and let em grow for a few more weeks and they fill out and go koota but i have never seen for my self and i have an indoor plant that was 6 foot 5 i just cut in half because the top half was ready but the bottom looks so premmy and i have put it back on nutes and lowerd the light. so i geuss what i wanna no is , is it true does it work or am i waisting …

i took 2 male cuttings to polllinate a few branches for seed.there in the same room with my clones.im budding now for a week.males have closed sacks on them.im afraid theyll open and seed all my plants.when do i seed branches.should i take them out now DRY PLANTS AND SEED LATER? I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO. WHAT DO I DO!!?? (NEWBIE)

Long story short long time reader first time poster,, had Two grows in a row produce nice juicy nugs full of seed. On my second stuff up I discoverd my Elctronic ph meter was faulty and Had been giving approx 20 times to much Ph down,, So after shit loads of reading I have concluded I have stressed the plants forcing it to seed. ( some light leakage and heat stress I might add to, but all sorted now) So this is some very expensive seeds and I am have concluded I can grow these babies sex them and keep the Females. I then give them a good dose of Dutchmaster reverse in the first week and third week and bobs your uncle ! i should have no more seedy weed? Well thats it , …

i have a 6x7x8 room at 12 hours continuous co2 run, calculations say i should set regulator at .08 which feels like nothing coming out of tube. my room is somewhat sealed but not airtight due to heat reasons i cant change.my meter goes to 2.0 max which i can feel if i hold it to my face,but still not a really strong flow.My question is,is that normal flow,and what signs of over co2 should i look for.(i read over co2 will halt growth which is obviously no good and worse than no co2 at all)

Im looking to grow just 1-3 plants in my spare room.. but i'm jus worried about the stench.. is it really really potent? i've heard different things here n there but never got a proper answer. also what setup would be good and how much do you reckon i'll need to get all supplies and that? sorry for 21 questions but also how much on avg does 1 plant give?

I have a problem where my flowering females have had to go outside because I'm using my grow room to veg up some clones. I however have a tall skinny freestanding wardrobe. Its 400mm x 400mm x 1800mm. I have a spare 400W HPS. Am I dreaming that could 12/12 with a single female and maybe scrog it? I'd prob put in a 150mm extraction fan, I've got one in my 1.6 x1.6x 1.6 grow room and it sucks very well. :: I'm planning today to try it out without a plant in and check the temps. Harry

ok so lets say that i have a plant that is growing in a pot and it gets to a certin size then i snip the top off ( the main bud ) and it goes brown and then what happens does it grow another two lets say it does grow another two main budz what happens if i snip them off am i getting it sorta right here or what ?? please help somebody really want to learn this method and scog sounds good to good grow methouds i think id rather have a little bit of good pot then alot of shit pot

hey guys, couple of pics. what would be the best yield potential out of something this size? (1200mm long, 800 wide, 1800 tall) i'm looking at copying 'Gazza's' previous grow using 30 ltr buckets and an auto drip feed system. gazz if you're out there - where did you pick up your buckets from? i saw them at bunnings for $11 each but i don't wanna spend $66 on plastic buckets. any ideas? what's a good size you'd recommend? 30 ltr? that's just a mazar i shariff lady sitting in there now, she needs to be repotted, she's wilting a little=( what's people's ideas to get maximum yield? 6 buckets with 3 plants each? 2 plant scrog? SOG? que piensan? cheers

I am doing an indoor organic grow (can't tollerate the chemicals in some hydro) and as a very ill person with a totally disabled wife we need a steady supply to deal with pain, seizures, muscles spasms (etc, etc) so the concept is a three grow area production line with a regular creation of clones (or from seed) and onward to veg and then flower (one area is flourescent for babies, one for veg, the other for flower). The two larger areas are 5 foot by 7 foot by 7 foot, each with 2 400 watt HPS. This way we should get several ounces for each month (just enough to kjeep the pain level down a bit). I am growing in some 1 gallon buckets and am going to be transporting them to a location outside soon. I was just wondering if the plants would be alright though. My plan was to bury the pots a little bit into the ground and then that way they won't get too big. Basically, my spot isn't that top-secret so I don't want to be growing trees. My concern is the plants getting root-bound or something. Anyone try growing in 1 gallons before?

So, been reading, and reading more, then i finished reading, and read some more. I want to grow, I have space, but indoor space is limited, im in the south and so it is winter now. I have a cupboard in my garage, which i have painted white, it is about 1.4m tall and about 0.8m wide and 0.4 deep. Currently my seed collection is as follows... Top 44 chronic....2 seeds random chronic...2 seeds Unknown blend....1 seed skunk no1 from sensi seeds...10 seeds swazi....60 seeds white widow...3 seeds So firstly, I have ordered 4 20W florescent tubes for the cupboard... this is a question that's probably been asked before, i did a search but came up with nothing.. so, i want to see an opinion here of what the best growing technique is in terms of speed and yield? thinking logically it would go in order of slowest (soil) to hydro to fastest (aero). would i be accurate in saying this? i want to know, if people could set up any system they wanted within a 2 square metre grow room - what would it be?

hey guys! another hurdle.. i relocated the plants into a bigger grow room under hps, repotted.. now it's ideal temperature in there but the water retention of my soil isn't that great. it's coco with perlite.. since its half hydro anyway i need to set up an automated watering system that i can top up say once every 3 days. it's too conspicuous for me to water these twice a day where they are. what do i need to know? i have to find out: 1.What type and where i can get a water pump for this small install? they're drinking about 1 litre each per day including evaporation so i'll get a resevoir to hold about 15 litres or so. 2. what sort of irrigation is best? that ring arou…

does anyone know about trimming branches below there scrog mesh ive read that some people cut all the branches below the mesh supposingly to use all of its energy on the tops.i find this hard to believe has anyone compared trimming all branches off apposed to leaving them on all my experiece tells me the plant would shock out and stop growing for a week or so

I guys I have a 4x12 space that I was initially gonna setup as a 2 part room. One side for a scrog grow and the other for a room to keep my clones and mothers. I have the entire space covered in poly already and I will be venting through the sewer and drawing cold air from the another air conditioned room. Im lighting the space with a 1000 watt hps for the flowering side and a 250 m/h for the moms with 8 t5s for any clones I have going. K now here is where the problem lies.
