Greetings fellow stoners, I was unsure of where to post this, but I think as issue such as this would be highly politicised, so here we are... The Daily Post N.Z. 18.02.2006 By CHERIE TAYLOR in Rotorua Living the high life - Confessions of a Rotorua drug dealer In a good week Bob can make up to $5000. But for every business transaction he makes, he also risks going to jail. Bob operates a "tinnie" house, selling cannabis to "clients" who include everyone from students to well-to-do business people. He isn't proud of what he does but felt he didn't have many options after losing his job as a mill worker nearly six years ago. Two older siblings talked Bob into his current trade, operating a tinnie house from the Rotorua home he shares with his wife and kids. At least two of his former workmate…

Hey all we will be closing the current chat room shortly as it costs more than it's worth to keep however as people still do seem to use the chat occasionally (and I encourage you all to use it more often as you browse the site) we will still have a chat room available which is probably a lot more fun to use than the current one anyway I got a PM from a member after posting this saying they still cant access chat if this is the problem for anyone I can only suggest updating your java software from either: Here: http://www.microsoft.com/Java/vm/dl_vm40.h...2Easp%3Frelease or Here: http://java.sun.com/getjava/

NT jockey Phillip Johnson has been banned for five years after he tested positive to drugs and threatened a steward with a telephone. Johnson claimed he smoked dope because he was in pain following a haemorrhoid operation. On Tuesday he was handed a five-year disqualification for misconduct and a two-year suspension for testing positive to cannabis. It was his fourth positive cannabis test. On the last occasion in 2001, the winner of the 1992 Alice Springs Cup on True Tales claimed unwittingly eating carrot cake laced with marijuana had been the reason for his elevated cannabis level. The latest swab on Johnson was taken on September 6 and he was advised by…

In light of possible new laws regarding hydro grown weed, i've been wondering what is and isn't hydro. If someone was using Coco and hand watering with hydro nutes with no aparent hydro system ie: res tanks, pumps and pipes etc. Would that be hydro in the eyes of the law? After all the plants are in what looks to be soil. Coco maybe a safer option for our NSW members before too long.

10 February, 2006: The Prime Minister has launched a renewed smear campaign against marijuana users once again associating them with mental illness at this years head of government meeting, COAG. The PM has long held anti-cannabis, pro-prohibition views and is tickled to bits that recent scientific evidence has been made to justify them. The need to invest in mental health http://www.thecouriermail.news.com.au/common/imagedata/0,1658,5107869,00.jpg (Picture: Kym Smith, copyright: The Courier Mail) The PM must have prescience for drug use: to suspect that marijuana smoking was naughty even before there was evidence to believe it! PM you are either are a clairvoyant or…

6OZ Stoners: Charting the Rise of Australia's Premier Cannabis Community
Greetings, Stoners! The rich narrative of the Australian cannabis community, with OZ Stoners standing tall at its helm, is a blend of trials, tribulations, heartening comebacks, and the unwavering dedication of its members. Let’s delve deep into this riveting tale.
Geocities: The Digital Genesis
In the bustling digital streets of the late '90s, Yahoo Geocities stood out as a haven for burgeoning online communities. It was here, amidst this digital renaissance, that OZ Stoners planted its foundational roots. This marked the dawn of a space that would go on to become synonymous with Australian cannabis culture.
Navigating the Digital Tempests
On its journey, OZ Stoners faced formidable challenges. Between Yahoo's unpredictability and the unexpected anti-cannabis stance of titans like Meta, steering the ship required a blend of adaptability, tenacity, and foresight.
A Hiatus and the Phoenix's Ascent
Come 2022, OZ Stoners entered a period of unplanned dormancy, lasting a challenging 12 months. But, reminiscent of the legendary phoenix, this hiatus was transformed into an opportunity for rebirth. The platform underwent comprehensive upgrades, server enhancements, and a revitalising overhaul. As it emerged, it did so with a phoenix-like rise, soaring higher and brighter, dedicated to serving the community with even more zeal and purpose.
Ode to the Trailblazers
The tapestry of OZ Stoners is woven with the dedication and vision of its founding members. Their relentless drive and contributions have been the bedrock of its success. While many of these pioneers continue to shape its direction, we pause to honor those trailblazers we've lost over time. Their indomitable spirit continues to inspire and resonate within the cannabis community. - Memorial Hall
The Lighthouse of Today and Promise of Tomorrow
OZ Stoners, in the contemporary digital landscape, stands as a lighthouse for the Australian cannabis community. Beyond being a forum, it exemplifies adaptability, unity, and a shared passion. As it anchors and shapes cannabis discourse Down Under, it continually underscores the strength and beauty of collective endeavor.
As you engage with OZ Stoners, remember the sweat, tears, and dreams that built its legacy. Here’s to the cannabis community, the trailblazers of the past, and the promising horizons of the future. Cheers to shared stories and monumental growth ahead!
