hello, all. me a n00b here. a mate found a single seed in one of his bag-o'-goodies and started growing it way back in winter, so its strong enough to withstand a light pruning now. a few cuttings are to be transferred into my hands so that i can start a small population, myself. i wish to grow my plants (just 2 or 4 - for now) in an area that is prone to flooding, or in other words; a floodzone, but its more like a swamp. the ground regularly has a light film of water above it (around 1-2cm) and up to 2m on rare occasions. many plants in the area seem to be doing fine, but i fear that my plants roots will rot, so i plan to create a small, hydroponic resorvoir system…

I finally got some of this stuff after hearing nothing but good things. Two questions to those who use it: How often do you add it to your nutes and do you ever bother with foliar applications? Any help will be appreciated.

anyone used the head rush bioponic nutrients? i have been told they are the best nute going around. heres the info on head rush for the HF website HeadRush nutrients will enable your customers to fully embrace the Bioponic phenomenon that has been occurring in North America and Europe. Unlike conventional inorganic based nutrients, HeadRush provides a full suite of exotic organic compounds, metabolites and biostimulants, as found in rich organic soil. The net result ensures a more vigorous and robust plant, faster growth rates, with an increase in flowering and flavour. It is a two part mix that you can custom tune to the various phases of your plant cycle and t…

I have done a search and can't find any info. I have heard here and there that you have to be careful about what your nute tank is made of. I always buy a bunnings special usually $10 for a black plastic 60 litre tank. Are these OK to use or should I buy one specifically made for hydro from a hydro shop. Does anyone know what can actually happen to your plants if the tank is leaching? regards aussie1

G'day all, I've just put my single plant in soil under 12/12 in the last couple of days. I've also purchased some CANNA Substra Flores A + B hydro nutes to use during the flowering period. However, since I am growing in soil and these are hydro nutes, the instructions are all about hydro and use terms I don't understand. I was hoping somebody could please tell me the amount in mL of each A + B I should be adding to each L of water ?? The plant is about a metre tall, perhaps a bit more. I used CANNA Substra Vega A + B during the vegetative period and simply added 5mL of each per L of water I used. Would this be suitable for the flowering nutes as well? And should I …

hello all, if you're growing outdoors do you have to but the MJ plant in the ground? Can you put the plant in a big pot so you can move it around (if necessary). Im living in my parents other home and sometimes they come over to check the house out. I want something that I can move and hide (when needed to) and a big pot seems to me like a good idea. I don't know though. does sudden movements have negatives effects to the MJ plant? Anyone know???
