head rush bioponic nutrients? any good

Recommended Posts

anyone used the head rush bioponic nutrients?

i have been told they are the best nute going around.

heres the info on head rush for the HF website

HeadRush nutrients will enable your customers to fully embrace the Bioponic phenomenon that has been occurring in North America and Europe.

Unlike conventional inorganic based nutrients, HeadRush provides a full suite of exotic organic compounds, metabolites and biostimulants, as found in rich organic soil. The net result ensures a more vigorous and robust plant, faster growth rates, with an increase in flowering and flavour. It is a two part mix that you can custom tune to the various phases of your plant cycle and to the strain of your own particular breed. You can adjust the ratios between the two parts to create different results.

Some of the unique features of HeadRush . . .

Highly effective pH buffering

Increases plant biomass, improving photosynthesis

Improved disease and pest resistance

Greater stress resistance

Highly efficient nutrient uptake

Improved nutrient profile with organic compounds and OGP’s

Improves primary and secondary plant metabolic process

Simple 2 Part mix.

It is highly recommended that you use this with Blend#7 to achieve fantastic results.

About Bioponic Nutrients

Research has already demonstrated how a plant copes with nutrient disorders. Most growers already know how to distinguish nutrient deficiencies, but how many can identify nutrient excesses?

Nutrient excesses are the cause of most of the problems plaguing the hydroponics industry today. The pH acid cycle, toxic shock and incessant system flushings are examples of complications due to nutrient excess. In fact, modern fertilising practices and products combine in creating a cycle of excess and malnutrition in crops under cultivation.

To explain this we must consider both plant's primary and secondary metabolic needs. Standard NPK fertiliser preparations can only service the primary plant metabolism which is responsible for a plant's basic photosynthetic life functions. The secondary metabolic functions of taste, potency, nutritional values and disease resistance are not addressed. In order for plants to attain their maximum genetic hereditary potential, the secondary metabolism must be fully active.

This is not possible with the standard 'sterile' NPK fertilisers in common use. Most NPK preparations contain the same thirteen elements and vary only in their proportion, purity and derivatives. There is no organic content in them. They're limited to servicing primary metabolic functions only. This necessitates that plants try to synthesise their own organic compounds for secondary metabolic use. In fact, the plants are not being adequately fed. Their nutritional needs are not being adequately supplied. Instead of correcting this situation, most growers load their crops with high NPK fertilisers usually at 1200-1400ppm. The onset of the acid cycle and risks of toxic shock due to excessive salts build up follows. This explains today's common and costly maintenance procedures.

Such is not the case when secondary metabolic functions are balanced and active. Necessary organic compounds, when available, activate the secondary metabolic functions allowing plants to reach their hereditary potential in taste, yield, disease resistance and potency. They also allow plants to control their own pH levels at the root zone. In good soil, such organic compounds are abundantly available. In fact, plants grown in good organic soil which allows their secondary metabolisms to flourish, invariably demonstrate a superior nutritional content, a superior biomass content, superior taste, colour and in many cases a superior yield over hydroponically grown alternatives.

This invariably, is only possible because soil grown plants have a richer diet of minerals, enzymes, plant acids, naturally occurring hormones and microbiotic metabolites, instead of just plain NPK fertiliser.

The only products capable of recreating such an intricate organic environment are Bio Earth Sea Acids, Biomix, and Headrush organic bioponic nutrient concentrates, Our bioponic nutrient concentrates approach the metabolic system of plants as a whole, and duplicate the beneficial biogeochemical activity which occurs in naturally fertile soil.

is its all just bull dust or is it the real deal

thanks

Headrush are some of the best nutes ever. 20 - 30 % increase in yield, only flush when changing to flower. Use the same bottles for bloom and veg, just alter the balance of A to B. Bit dearer but worth every cent. Been using it for years and tried just about everything else but keep coming back to Headrush. Their bloom agent "Blend #7" is also great.

cant say ive ever heard of this nute,

20 to 30% increase sounds nearly too good to be true, all the nutes ive used seem pretty close yielding from cheep to expensive nute.

but there is alot of brands id still like to try, GH , DM, A/N, dutch fest and now ill add headrush to the list if its avaliable here.

Yeah, I reckon I got one strain that gave me about 30%, but at least 20 with any others I've tried, compared to your run of the mill 2 part salt ferts. The trick is to bring the ph up in the last half a flowering, like 7.2, 7.3. The other good thing is you only need to flush at the change to bloom and at the end, so twice a grow. It is dearer but worth it. Edited by wassily

The bottle says 6.8, but if you go up to 7.2 in later bloom you get a bigger yield. Some bigger growers that use it suggested it and it works.

I don't understand the science behind it. Maybe it's a better aklalinity to metabolize the microbials with the oxygen bonded hydrogen molecules that support stemular mobility within the root zone.
