Any one know if you can grow male and female in the same outdoor shade house. Can you trim the male to just a few branches and place a bag over those few branches to protect the females from pollination.? The bags are fruit protection bags, like a very fine mesh so they can still breath. Im sick of buying shit seeds and huge prices. Thanks

hay everyone going back home at christmas and want to send some clones back they wont b rooted so i was thinking of putting them in a jiffy pellet then put them in a toilet paper tube with a toothpick holding the jiffy than putting the whole lot in a mail tube to send has anyone tryed sending clones? how did u do it? and did the clones pull through? thanks stinky

Hey all I've asked this before, however I would like some input from the coco pros, first time grower, starting with coco, have some clones I need to transplant from soil to coco, anyone able to provide a fairly simple process? Also, anyone know a great quality coco supplier in WA(also general hydroponic supplier would be great). I'm keen to shop around and such ofxourse referals would be great. I will spend the extra buck for quality assurance and once I get going expect loads of pics! The strain is great white and I'll be putting it into a feed and drain 100%coco system. 4 plants in what I believe are 30L pots. (if any of that info helps)

heya all ive just put some seeds i found in my latest score in some cotton wool and water on the ledge, they have sprouted out of the seeds and have a small white/brown tail on them ..... whats a good time to trasfer them to individual pots?

Hi guys, just getting organised for this summers grow and going about ordering some seeds. I have decided to order Northern Lights, BC Pine Warp and Kona Gold, as you can undertsand I want most of my babies to crack and grow into healthy little girls. what is the best method to crack seeds?....the paper towel method?....soaking seeds in water first?...i am unsure I have a heat matt with adjustable heat gauge, a cloning box and light, what is the best way to sprout and grow my ladies for safe transplant outside?...I was thinking rockwool cubes after sprouting on 24 hours of the cloning light a day until first set of true leaves and roots and then stick outside Al…

I put 4 seeds into some seed raising mix on Tuesday, watered them, and put them in my grow cupboard under light for 18/6. Temps are hovering around 20-25C and humidity around 80%, I've been watering to keep it moist on the top because the light/heat dries up the soil pretty easy. Still nothing breaking the soil yet, I'm waiting patiently. I've decided to switch to 24 hour lights to keep the heat up, I imagine the 6 hours where the light is off it gets fairly cold in the cupboard so that's probably not helping me. I will switch back to 18/6 when something pops out. Only two of the seeds were showing signs of strength, they didn't really start popping out of the seed …

Hey guys i received a clone of white rhino yesterday in a growool cube. i got it a bit earlyier than we wanted cos he had to leave for a holiday i think it was cut about 10 - 14 days ago, there are some rootsbut not coming out the bottom or side of the cube yet. now i have poted the cube in a small pot for now i did that today, but the bottom leaves are yellowing and after the 2 that are yellowing now theres only 2 more nodes left. also the leaves are not all perky ans standing up like they should. is this normal should it survive? is there anything i can do?

Hi I have 2 plants that have formed lil bannanas upon them which I am assuming will produce seeds am wondering will I be able to utilise seeds from the plant to grow female plants.Am lost here as am confused as to where seeds come from that are utilised to grow.As dont seeds come of a a male or hermie plant? Any genuine advice gladly appreciated.

I have made a clone box, similar to Al b Fuct's. At the moment I've got a 100m extraction fan sucking out from the back of the box (left hand side) and a desktop circ fan pointing towards the back of the box (right hand side). And a 4 tube t5 propagation light about 4 inch above the seedlings which are in 40mm rockwool cubes on a 30c heat mat. The rough air temperature around the seedlings will be around 35c - 38c. I'm guessing this is too warm ? if so what can be done to lower the temp ? raise the light maybe ? but should the light not be just above the seedlings ? Also the humidity fluctuates from around 32 rh to 38 rh and rarely goes above 40 rh I'm thinking of introdu…

I have noticed that not everybody uses feminized seeds when ordering from seedbanks. I'm just wondering why?? i understand for breeding(you want a male) or price or the strain you want is not available femed,are there problems with femed seeds( yield,germination,hermi's??) I have limited space- 2 plants and time(and always want girls!!)so femed is the best option for me!!!I have tryed to research the topic with little luck . Hi all! I have some clonex purple gel. I'm about to pot up some seedlings, and want to bury them deeper as they got a little stretchy. I was wondering - has anyone tried putting some gel on the stem of a seedling prior to burying that stem? Also, does anyone know if it is possible to dilute some gel to add to watering - as a kind of root stimulator? I'm waiting on some h&g "roots excelurator" but was wondering if gel can be used in a similar way. Couldn't find out much on the net about it.

has any one used one of these as i am thinking of investing in one but not sure that is it up to what is says that it ????????????? thinking of using it in a closet space of .5m x .5m and 2m high. i am currently using a 400 watt bulb but am finding a bit difficult obtaining the optimum temp with what i am using the temp is 32 but other than leave the door wide open cant keep it down more than that idealy i would like to up the watts but untill i sort out the temp more cant??????????????????????????? any ideas?????

Could any one give me a bit of advise, took a few clones did everything according to the instructions. they looked ok for a few days and now i have noticed that some of the stems on a couple have split. is it too late for these ones. kinda think that i could have been a bit happy with the misting!!!??? but i have tried to dry the rockwool out dont know what else to do ??????????
