hey guys/gals. awesome site! just a quick question....can i take clone cuttings off a plant thats gone into flowering? i've read how the cells of the plant change during the flowering cycle and just wondering if taking clones, meaning that the cuttings would be in the flowering cycle and having to revert back to veg cycle, would that cause the cloned plant to be mutant and not usable. cheers. p.s. anyone know what happened to planet skunk's web site??

Hello everyone I have purchased a small bottle of ph down from a pet store for $5, it's the powder type that you mix in with your water. I have recently seen a bottle of 'hydra masta' (same brand that makes microbial) ph down in liquid form. My question is: *Should I buy the liquid form ph down instead of using the powder one that I have waiting? Is there any differences between the two? Any information is welcome Thank you -Treestump-

hi all, ive started using canna coco in a run to waste set up and im making up nutes in a 25litre res at 1.8 EC and using an air pump for mixing and aeration. the EC level drops over the week that im using the solution so that its measuring only 1.2 EC at the end. PH is fairly constant 6.2-6.3 should i be adjusting EC? have just begun this coco set up and still learning the deal so would appreciate any other advice about nutrients/ additives, thanks

i have a large window in me garage that i am growing in and now that i have changed me lights to go on at night time due to coldness and frost around my area in lookin for some way to cover up the whole window. now from the backyard there could be 2 neighbors that could possible see the covered up window so im looking for a really non dodgy lookin way to do it like i could just cover it up with news paper but then if i saw a window covered up with news paper i would be thinking whats goin on in there anyway just wanted to pick ya brains and see what i could possibly do cheerz

Gday all i am having problems getting clones to root properley I am using rockwool and have had no problem in the past What is happening is clones look good up until about 14 days but then stagnate When i check for roots they all have big nodules on stem 2 to 3mm. They stay this way for about 5 weeks and eventually get roots.It makes no difference with light24/7 or 18/6 cheers mungus

hi ive never flushed with plain water at the end. ive always used nutes right up until the day i pull em. ie to day 56 if your growing purely for yield, is it beneficial to flush with plain water at the end? if so for how long? 3 or 7 days. i was thinking that by not using nutes for the last week, you were potentially limiting the maximum yield as they would be missing out on that last week of growth

Hi all. I got these plants from an old lady out in the country, she asked if I could eradicate the weeds from her large flower bed this is what I found, they been growing and taking over her area for 5 years. She said they get big long seed pods on every year. I allmost fell over when I looked. I dug up 8 females for myself and pulled the rest, told her to call me if they came back next year.

Hey guyz, its been a while since i last posted because my last plant was a male and i kept it around for a lil bit then pulled the sucker out! But anyways im back now and have a beautiful female growing. She was born on the 16th of April from a bagseed and she is doing well. She is being grown outside with natural sunlight and rainwater with some nutes of course. Now i have some questions now that i know this one is a female. Its been a little bit more than 90 days that she has been in vegetation. Does it generally take longer if its grown outside? And i am aware of the signs of sexual maturity, about opposide nodes and alternating nodes, as shown here . But…

I was just wondering Is a male plant completly useless? Can i get high of one?
