i do not have much room in my house but i have a big backyard. i have a 400w HPS light but i am curently growing outide and was wonderin if i can bring it inside for like three weeks on 12/12. will it flower? will it keep floweing if i bring it outdoors. Thanks

hey fellas, expecting some Microbial in the next day or so, and am wondering at what point to add to my nute solution. Currently I do as follows; first, Silika Magic, then Ph adjust then add Canna A+B, then Superthrive obtain required EC, then Ph test/adjust if needed. Microbial has a Ph of between 8.0-9.0 , so I thought add it after the Silika Magic, then Ph adjust. Sound like a plan? Thanks fellas, Cheers

Hi all, have had 2 afghans? growing in soil in a cupboard under a 400w light and today its been 8 weeks in the flower stage and they look like they still have a fair way to go. This is the first grow in this room and have had a few little dramas as i went along,the biggest one being heat. I will modify the room when this grow is done,if ever. but was hoping someone could tell me a rought estimate of when they will be done and if in fact it is Afghan. Hi all I've been doing a bit of thinking and I've come to the conclusion I'm obsessed with growing plants in hydro. I'm not just talking about our favorite Ganja weed, but any plants. I've been intersted in gardening for year and used to work in a retail Nursery and do landscaping etc..... so it's not like plants generally are the prob, it's hydro. I'll give you an example. Just last week I deciuded I'd like to have a outdoor greenhouse to grow my own veggies over winter. Went to Bunnings and picked up a cheap one (~ 2m x 2.5m x 2.5m). Once I had it I couldn't even think of planting them in soil, it was straight to the hydro shop. Another $500 later and I've now got 2…

as stated im switching from a waterfarm. not happy with it. I made up some 5gal. buckets, 5" net pots, 2 airstones per, these are stand alone and light proof.. i have 6 total for growing and few for backup as i plan to just pop the top and put the plant in the backup when its time to change the water/nuets... makes it much faster and easier i hope. want to add im in the country, and my well water PH is 5.8 will this work ok? what water temps are ideal? im using 400 watt mh/hps lighting anything i should change or add? thanks for the help guys and gals. burntone

Hey people, im on my 3rd grow now and have a good idea on most growing aspects but im having trouble timing my clones. I have a cupboard set up with 400HPS, and on top there is a cloning section. The problem is that i have been taking my clones after my plants have been under 12/12 for a week, the strike fine then grow too quick and run out of room before my plants a ready to harvest. Im just interested as to what other people do? Im thinking of setting up another cupboard with a little 250MH what are your thoughts??

Hello All, I've been reading many topics especially in regasrds to harvesting, manicuring, drying. Basically I started out with 14 seedlings (all outdoor) & have cut it down to 2 plants. My best plant was raided by persons unknown in the middle of the night & took out the centre but its regained good growth. hello, all. me a n00b here. a mate found a single seed in one of his bag-o'-goodies and started growing it way back in winter, so its strong enough to withstand a light pruning now. a few cuttings are to be transferred into my hands so that i can start a small population, myself. i wish to grow my plants (just 2 or 4 - for now) in an area that is prone to flooding, or in other words; a floodzone, but its more like a swamp. the ground regularly has a light film of water above it (around 1-2cm) and up to 2m on rare occasions. many plants in the area seem to be doing fine, but i fear that my plants roots will rot, so i plan to create a small, hydroponic resorvoir system…

I have noticed that people talk about flushing their plants regularly with fresh water, and it seems to be offered as a "fix-it" for a lot of peoples problems. I have been growing hydroponically since 1976 and I worked in the Hydroponics industry for 15 years, so I am not just pulling this advice out of nowhere. Do not think that a hydroponic system for indoors is any different to a hydroponic system for outdoors, hydroponics is hydroponics and the people to learn from are the growers who grow multi million dollar crops for a living. Just got a hanna combo pen and testing the water i have available. Dam water Ph 5.4 Ppm 30 Rain water Ph 6.1 Ppm 7 Tap water Ph 7.5 Ppm 26 Will be using in a NFT system with sensi 2 part Nutrients. What water should i use ? I'm thinking the rain water would be best because it has the lowest ppm or the dam water for the lower ph. Thanks in advance.
