Hey guys, I'm looking for some advice as to how to treat this plant. I've done a bit of research, and I'm fairly certain that the problem is phosphorous deficiency. No idea what the strain is, plant is about 2 weeks old, using 250W MH in growtent with exhaust fan and pedestal fan for circulation. This is strange however, given the soil claims to contain "controlled release fertilizers" (Yates premium potting mix). The plant seems to have slowly gone yellowish and has a rather large deep purple blotch on one of the leaves. I've fed it some ferts (Miracle-gro 15-13-12) to try and bring the phosphorous levels back up, and I'll test the soil pH asap. Any ideas…

Hi all, This is my third attempt and i'm having no end of apparent Ph problems. I cannot get it right. I'm using Nutrifield for grow and flower, which I used last time, but the first crop I used a different nutrient and had the same problems, so to me it points to something else in the environment. I got these cuttings from a mate interstate who uses the same nutrients, same ph levels etc and he has no problems, yet within a week I start getting yellow patches, dried edges, twisted/gnarled leaves, "fluffy" look to leaves, 3-prong leaves, etc. Last crop I experimented with the Ph a little and found I have to keep it between 5.8-6.0, anything else and I start getting prob…

Hey guys, Got three plants in a recirculating system in clay balls. I have noticed over the past week or two that a calcium deficiency has formed. I thought it might be because the EC was too high is was sitting above 22. So now it's down around 18. Ph hasn't climbed above 6 and now it's around 5.8. I then thought it might be because there was salt buildup in the roots perhaps so i've been flushing water through however it's still happening. Any ideas as to why and how the hell I can fix it?

Well I don't really have an issue apart from slow growth. So what I'm not sure on is if I should increase my feed times from 1 x 35 second feed a day to 2 x 1min feeds a day. I was also thinking of bumping EC up from 1.6 to 1.8 Does that sound ok?

My system is run to waste. Wife tells me my plants growth has slowed down. So I got her to check the basics, light moisture, gnats, and then the Nute tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a film of brown stuff on the leads and plumbing developing in the res tank a week and a half ago. So I dumped the tank cleaned it out with a clean cloth flushed it with fresh tank water and topped up with nutes again. Fark me that same brown stuff started coming back again. So I dumped the tank and flushed it again and filled it up with tap water and nutes. I'm dam sure my Fucking Cunt of a water tank has some fungus or algae in it. In less than one day the shit is back again harder and faster th…

Gidday Fellow Stoners. I'm away from my new borns. They are in Rock wool cubes and have there first set of true leaves. They are bagseed, and given the Stone was full blown body stone It's a pretty safe bet they are predominately Indica. But can't be real sure. They are being feed only tank water ATM. I plan on planting them in a mix of 75% Coco and 25% perlite, with a layer of Hydroton in the bottom of the pots. The pot size I'm thinking will be around 8 litres. I have just bought a good quality meters (Hanna) for PH and EC. I haven't tested the Tank Water yet but I Assume it will be around 7.0 ph and .1 to .2 EC. 1. Is it ok to place the rock wool cubes in the mid…

Hi, I'm now in week 6 of flower andbeen having a few problems, but overall things were looking ok. The problems I was having were leaves dying from bottom up, some patches of leaves yellowing etc but on top things looked ok. I've never been able to resolve the problems. A couple of days ago I noticed my plants were giving too much run-off - basically whatever I put in came straight out. I then left them for 2/3 days (fed the bigger one after two days because the coco had dried up), but the coco remained moist. I then gave them a feed and got excessive run-off, after 3 days of not feeding! Before, they seemed to be taking up all the water and growing fairly well, but the…

Hi! This baby is my little guinea pig so i'm not to worried about her but still it would be nice if she reached maturity. Initially i think i gave her a bit too much nutrients "nulife power gro" as you can barely make out in the pick the tip of the leaves are slightly yellowed and curled up. What worries me is that she has such a light shade of green. After i gave her too much nutrients next wattering i skipped the nutrients and halved them after that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Medium is organic soil with clay balls and i have added a little bit of sulphur to the top of the soil. 400w hps and a decent fan which keeps the temp on the plant to a decen…
