Seed germination is very easy, get some seed raising mix, stick the seed in, water it and hope for the best. To get that little bugger the right start in life, when the seed is in the mix, water it with a solution of trace elements. Yes trace elements. You keep using the trace element solution until true leaves are form, then use your normal ferts.

Hi all due to space and time limitations im considering taking some cuttings, putting the stems in a cup of water and putting them in with my flowering girls in 12/12 to determine the sex of some plants that are in my nursery...will a cutting survive long enough to sex it without first being rooted?

So its been 10 days and no roots out the bottom yet. The clones leaves are starting to yellow at the bottom, and 1 clone had some powdery mildew on it. I took off the humidity dome and thats all i know to do at this point. Is there a problem here? Should i get the humidity dome off and start treating these like real plants yet? thanks again for all the help...next time will hopefully go smoother! ah crap. i made a bunch of extra clones with hopes of even half surviving, but i pulled one up from the rockwool tonight to see if it was rooting, and holy hell, it doesn't have any roots. wtf!!! I dont know what to do at this point, i guess just sit tight and wait? shouldn'…

Hi guys, I currently possess a really nice bagseed female that i have been cloning for quite some time. I was really hoping to spread it's genes with other ppl, so i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to produce seeds from a female clone without a male. I read a while back that you can take a clone, stress it to force hermaphroditism, and then allow it to self-pollinate and produce all-female seeds. Can anyone help me out as to how to do this process with success?

So i took these last night, i did everything according to the steps, but they are all bent over and dont look so good. Should i expect them to bounce back? I took the humidity tent off for the pic. (If you want to enlarge click the black bar, not the picture) Im using sunleaves pioneer jr, with 4 T5 24 watt bulbs in it. Maybe too much light? they are about 1 and a half feet away. http://img410.imageshack.us/img410/6629/3208131ej1.jpg http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/1383/3208132uk7.jpg http://img510.imageshack.us/img510/1383/3208132uk7.84f0558293.jpg

Hi Stoners, just a question to anybody that can help.I understand seeds brought over the net are all hybrids, but has anybody tried grafting net seed with a good aussie strain?I want to order early misty, whitch is apparently one of the strongest strains,up around 18 th 22 % THC.But only grows max 120 centemetres,so i need to be able to graft to one of my anncent strains,to make it worthwhile. Please anybody with knowledge of this.....Thanks..

for my clones to be kinda droopy on the first day of cloning. A lot of cuttings i took were bent branch's so they didn't stick straight up off the bat, so most of the clones kinda bend over to almost 90%. Will they be ok? thanks

1. To clone my plants when they are vegging, right before i switch to flower. The drawback is that they will be sitting dormant for 2 months while the plants flower and finish up. 2. To clone plants that are flowering to cut down the time they will be sitting around. I would love to have a mother plant, but i just don't have the space or money to get another room going. Can i keep recloning my plants over and over, or will the keep getting less potent/less yield the more i do so? thanks guys

Hey fellow stoners, What result would you expect taking cuttings from an 8 week indica (Chocolate Chunk) thats over 6 weeks into flower? This strain seems to clone very well but my main concern is that the potential mums have had a small dose of Rock Juice. Do you think there will be issues trying to grow them out? Cheers, SM

Hey guys.....another question. I want to make a small bonsai and clone room, but i cant really put too much into it. So will i need good ventilation in there or can it just be a standing room? It wont be too hot, but the air flow wont me too good. Could i get away with a small circulating fan as opposed to vent? Or no fan at all?
