After the sponge fell in it killed all those nice roots I had going. One of the girls didn't make it three I washed with a mild bleach solution and cleaned every last bit of the set up and changed to Cyco nutes. The mars 1600 will be in Monday.

I took that small one out of soil washed it and put it in the dwc hopefully it will catch up

im working on another system today (third or fourth attempt).. haha hopefully goes a lil better this time.

 

just a standard 4pot container dwc with big arse air stone in the tub... fingers crossed.

With this type of air stone (really little bubbles) but as soon as the roots reached it it's couldn't see any bubbles in the water. I got the big ball ones now, big bubble but before I put the top feed it was good cause those big bubbles would break on the surface and splash the net pot and roots.

Keep it cool and free of light. I also use a product called Z7 made by flying skull. Swear by it 100%

 

Other then that, regular res changes or flushes with hydrogen peroxide? Kills alllllllll bacteria though not just the shit ones

Have a look at a product called 016 doesn't kill wrong bacteria
