I should of practised on something else before attempting it on my good plant ,gee hope mine bounces back,the break was main branch and snapped right where the branch and trunk meet its a beauty, tapped it up and hope for the best think I'll just leave alone for a bit now poor plant

Morning Gq.. dont punish yourself to much.. here it comes again.. [emoji23] they are very resiliant plants top strong.. (and the love bondage) [emoji23][emoji23] she will at worst not recover the main stem! But reward you with multiple tops.. take it slow like you say.. the trick is to pinch the stem ( dint use nails) just between the fingers.. you will get it sooner than later..

Thanks king,I was a little heavy handed for sure I'll get there though practice makes perfect as they say and I'm going to have lots of plants to practice on over spring

I was amazed at how much abuse they will take even the few branches I broke including the main stem just taped em up with a week all recovered and powering along

it won't hurt them GQ one of mine has 2 split stems seems fine

Been looking at this robert bergman dude from ilgm and he's actually splitting main stem of plant on purpose.

 

Actually shoving knife in,opening up and putting a pencil in split when pulling knife out.

 

He reckons plant then produces more THC to protect itself.

 

If this is true then would'nt worry about few broken stems and stuff
