This website has almost all the important rules of stoner etiquette I can think of. If you are wondering what I am talking about and don't want to go through the whole website, at least read this:**** But I would like to say that stoner's are very welcoming and accommodate beginners, so don't stress. Just use common sense and don't be stepping on toes. Don't follow etiquette and you probably won't be smoking in the group for too long. Kog, if you haven't already heard of him, is a country boy from Kyogle in NSW. His life is about brewing bear, riding bikes, and growing and selling dope. Basically this is a book of his stories about growing and selling and run ins with the police and going in and out of jail. Kog is a crazy bastard and most of the stories are pretty hilarious. I was laughing most of the way through the book. Its not really a growers book, and although Kog can grow some big plants, there's a lot he doesn't know about growing and about pot in general, and really fits the stereotype of the commercial grower who produces shit weed. Has anyone read this book by Robert Anton Wilson? It's a crazy, crazy book. its about conspiricy theories, secret societies, magic, sex and a hundred thousand things more. It's probably not for everyone, but well worth a read as is all Robert Anton Wilson's stuff. Great read, lots of useful info, and something you want to keep around as a reference guide. There were a few other weed related books there, but after careful deliberation and an hour of page-turning i went with this one and I'm glad i did. Highly recommended, though i'm not sure of its availability in Oz.

the 2nd best book in the world to me after Hashish!. This book is old, but still the best on the subject of the botany of cannabis. It is not a grow guide, although it offers some good growing advice and would probably get someone through a crop, but it is primarily a scientific text on cannabis and cannabis breeding. There is no photos apart from the front and back covers, but many great diagrams of cannabis by rob himself.
