Hey guys, looks like I've hit a road block. Done a lot of searching and still got really get a straight answer. Some say P is low, some say N is low, some say the salts are too high, some say it is normal.... Who is right? Basically the plants were doing fine in the DWC until about a week ago when a few nute problems started to appear. It was yellowing veins in the leaves, this has now spread over 2 plants and I'm thinking they may need to bed pulled or will die. Throw me a line guys, just did a watering, one of my babies is getting chlorotic? leaves. Yellowing leaves with green veins. I know its a deficiency of some kind, but the memory can't recall exactly what. Been poring over the High Times and Max yield issues, but as always, the issue you need is nowhere to be found. H2O for tonight's menu, but would like to resolve by tomorrow evening. A coupla pics.............

As advised by others in another thread, i have decided to start my own thread in an attemp to try to fix my problem. **Posts taken from my other posts** It's been a week since i transplanted to larger pots and my problem still exists If someone could take a look at the pics, that would be very much appreciated. Is it magnesium or manganese? Or neither? And... This one was potted using a $12 bag of "re-potting" soil and from my previous experience with cheap(read bunnings special) mixes, this one does not appear to have a lot of bark. Not sure of the brand of potting mix but it did mention have 3 months worth of food in it. This plant is actually 12 weeks old now …

Im using a recirc. Ive been flushing the rootmass during the night cycle so as to use all the light cycle for growing. Is this enough, or should a flush include some time under the lights? And if so how long. H&G only reccomend 3 days at the end of a grow; ive been more inclined to stop nutes at week 7.0 (depending on maturinty) then flush for another week. OR is it better to grow for the entire 8 weeks and add a week of flushing?

Hi all, Just started to feed my plants. Not too sure how much to feed them. i put .5ml of a and .5ml of b gold dutchmaster in 250ml of water, and that was evenlu spreed between 7 plants, with 40ml of water each too. plants are about 4weeks from piping out soil. The slightly bigger ones were showing signs of yellowing so that's why i fed them last night. Any pointers would be appreciated. 600w mh, Good ventilation, 12-1 system, potting mix soil.

I have a Ph tester for my aquarium but i don't trust its accuracy. I'm new to hydroponics and needing to buy some tools of the trade if you could buy anything what would you suggest ? I was looking on ebay and i noticed this Ph Tester but i'm not sure if the applications right ? I'm thinking of setting up a bottle co2 injection system later on which this looks like it might integrate in nicely, but besides ph is there anything else i should be testing for and keeping my eye on ? Cheers !

gday, im fairly new to growing hydro as this is my second attempt, first one never looked right but attempted only using 2x 90 watt led took 6 months but ended up turning hermy, salvaged enough decent smoke to make it worth while! this time round again doesnt look right, alot of single leaves or three fingered leaves joined at the base? some new growth twisted? bit of purple in upper stems and leaf stems. PPM is 1300 ph 5.5-6, growing medium coco, light is 600 HPS and 2 90watt led each side. temp hovering 30c. only thing i can think of with the single and joined leaves is the cutting was taken after light cycle had already changed plant is 3 weeks old. will post pics as…
