You didnt burn the plants from the dm gold nutrients, ive used them ... although they dont need 2ml a ltr of a/b (the concentration you used...) ... its very unlikely that feeding plants in those pots 40mls each is going to burn them .... its likely the roots dont touch the nutes possibly until a water or 2 afterwards and would be diluted at that stage ..... give us a better indication on what is within your soil mix .... what brand ... etc .. you should be feeding them straight water and possibly foliar feed em with seaweed or something for a few weeks every day if you can ..... and VERYYYY dilute nutrients foliar-fed after a week or so ... they dont need that now though ....

i use dutchmaster gold A + B in a hydro system, and i find i have to run them much weaker than what their neut calculator says

 

but you need to measure both ec and ph of the water

 

and the soil your using is probably already loaded with neuts on top of that which will neut burn them
