Oh hai all. Apologies if this has already come up. I understand most timers dont allow this but has any experimentation been done with non 24 hour grow cycles. Anybody with personal experience or know of documentation of such an experiment on the www MaccaSpesh, the best weed you'll never smoke.

So i just read a thread before which involved a vertical scrog, thinking to myself "there's no point having the light above, you would need it on the side of the plant". Well it got me thinking and this is what sprang to mind, since i am useless with microsoft paint i am going to try and explain, though i'm not much better at the latter either. here's the plan... this is for one plant but can be applied to up to 4 plants i would say, possibly more for larger wattage lights. you would need a lazy susan, remember those spinning plates at home a small sized motor that could run off 5v or so. simple idea really, you would sit the pot on top of the lazy susan. You would…

Hello Fellow Farmers,, Im in the 3rd week of veg from seeds and have been using the bio buzz range of ferts fro about 2 weeks now i have just repoted from 4 inch to larger pots about 2 days ago and was wondering if i should be considering flushing the plants with just plain water and if so how ??? ,, my understanding of flushing in soil is to drench the soil with at least 3-4 times the volume of water as to soil ie 1 liter pot to be flushed with 4 liter of water and left to drain for about 5 - 10 mins to remove any harmfull buildups then back to the ferts again ,, ,, or do you water then with plain water for a few days then back to the ferts ????? or should i not both…

I was wondering if i could keep my plants at a 24/0 or more likely an 18/6 light schedule to keep them in the vegetative state as long as possible. My reason is that i want as many clones possible to start off the outdoor season. This may sound pointless but i really do love taking care of mj plants and thought this might jumpstart my outdoor season with some thriving, all female plants as soon as it gets warm enough to grow. I currently have 20 seedlings in rockwool right now under only one 42 watt cfl. Most of them havent even sprouted yet, but its only been a couple days, i can see them starting to pop up now though. I plan on getting more cfls in a week or so, but …

I have been smokeing for some years and I thought up this idea. This would be my first grow If I mixed up sand, soil, blood&bone compost-zing and some other goodies Watered this with diluted worm wee but still keep it at ph 6.5 No I don't want to do hydro!!! Then put a clone in each pot. will be getting clones from a local grower. Then put the plants inside in a room that gets a good amount of sun may need to do a test to see how meny hours. Here's my Q's 1) How offten should you water the plants and how much water? 2) How close do they need to be to the window? 3) Best way to kill bugs/mold? 4) Is glass best for the window or something different? got a couple nearly ready outside does any one know if you could chop the stem at the base and stick the plant in a vase or bucket of water for a week as you do cut flowers and let it use up the remaining starches/nutrients etc as it sucks up the water to survive? anyone tried this?

hey, i'm just smoking my first homemade BHO. And i am mightily impressed. I used ventii bute, and stainless steel tube and screen+coffee filter. So now i am ready now for the horror story of what i have done to myself with this ventii butane ect.. hit me with it now before i spend the next 2 days smoking it. fantastic, fantastic stuff. much better yield per can than i thought looks 100% the part, smell, taste aswell easier than bubble too. enviromentally probably not so hot though.

Hi. I read that growing in a fridge was good and could produce a yield of an ounce per plant every 6-8 weeks if done properly. Htere were a few things i was unsure about. 1. Do you still need to fit lights into the fridge and just run them instead of the fridges power? Or, do you run the fridge as normnal and use the built in lights? Maybe someone has a basic grow guide on fridge growing as it would be ideal for me.... Thanks Js&Rs

This is my first grow. For numerous reasons I find it more practical to give the plants 36 hours of light 12 hours of dark. MJ relies on the length of the dark period to tell it when to flower, so it shouldnt care about the fact a day takes 2 days. Anyway, things appear to be flowering nicely, and ill continue to use this lighting scheme unless someone can convince me im a d*ckhead before its too late
