hello fellow stoners, i'm a newbie to this delightful site and thought i'd share this recipe out of my alice b toklas cook book, first published 1954, but recipe is probably much older. alice was the life partner of gertrude stein and collected recipes from the late 1900s to i guess the late '40s from europe and america. i've never had enough spare hash to make these, but in a perfect world i'd probably have a jarful on the kitchen bench. i've repeated it word for word for historical interest. HASCHICH FUDGE (which anyone could whip up on a rainy day) This is the food of Paradise-of Baudelaire's Artificial Paradises: it might provide an entertaining refreshment …

first off, i did NOT write this. i got this from www.totse.com . i cant tell you for sure if this works or not, but i will tell you in about an hour from now. so tell me what you all think about this recipe. do you think it will work or not? This is an excerpt from Loompanics Unlimited, an underground press publishing company. Up in smoke! That's where 85% of your expensive purchased pot is going. Only 15% of inhaled burning Marijuana is absorbed by your lungs when smoked. The rest is simply blown away! To make smokeless Marijuana, THE THEORY: THC ( TetraHydroCanabinol ) is the active part of Marijuana, the part that gets you stoned. The tiny little cell…

I read about these a ffew years back but have never tried it. The recipe was to get a biscuit, jatz type or something, put a bud on it then cover it in cheese and microwave till the cheese is goopy. The idea is the THC dissolves into the fat from the cheese and blows ya mind the problems I can see are: 1] It doesn't take long to melt cheese, is this long enough to extract the goodies? 2] if you microwaved for longer the cheese would go all dry and yuk

I've read through most of the recipes, etc. so I get the general idea, but I have a few specific questions. 1. There is no way I can currently afford the amounts you guys suggest cooking with. Can I still cook with say, half an ounce or even less?(I'm talking buds by the way) Would it even be worth it? 2. Is there a way I can skip making the canabutter and just cook the weed in say, vegetable oil or something? Or does the canabutter produce the best results? 3. I'm not sure if dealers in Canada sell just the leaf, is cooking with buds a total and expensive waste?

• THC is more efficiently assimilated if it has been dissolved in fats or alcohol. • The presence of little sugar in alcohol or in an oil-based confection may somewhat facilitate the assimilation of the THC. Too much sugar, however, can interfere with the digestion of the fats and their payload of THC. • Eat to an empty stomach. A little of the right kind of food will aid in the assimilation of cannabis resins; too much food will merely dilute its potency and waste much of it. • While too much heat or overcooking can destroy THC activity, normal cooking temperatures for normal cooking times can increase potency by activating the THC. • It has been suggested that the a…

Take around 2 –2 ½ ounces of leaf/tip, or around ½-1 ounces of buds, wet or dry, and chop up. You can alter this, more or less, but if you’re going to use more material, adjust the amount of butter and water you’re using. Bring a nice large pot of water to the boil, somewhere around 5-6L of water you’ll need, maybe more depending on how much material you’re using. Drop 500grms of butter into your pot of water, and then add your weed. Boil rapidly for around ½ an hour or so, and then simmer slowly for at least 4 hours, preferably around 8. Or more. Use a stocking or something to separate the pot from the water/butter, strain it really well. Squeeze the last of the water ou…

Anyone got any hash/marijuana cooky recipes? Also, what grade weed to use? It seems to make marijuana butter you need a reasonable amount of it to start with, so using good stuff would be damn expensive. Would work with leaf? cheers
