Hi peeps[emoji4] this is my first grow so ull prob read alot of questions from mii in the future .. iv got a 4x4 grow tent with a hyper v2 6" outlet fan.. but iv been lookin on you tube about the (air intake and cant find any answers to my question so thought i might as well take the plunge n ask you guys n pray its not a dumb question haha[emoji1787] so my question is, do i just open the rectangle mesh windows down the bottom of my tent to let air in.? N if so, wat about the light getting in.? Or do i hav2 put ventilation through the round hole down the bottom with a nother hyper v2 fan.? N if so how.? Hi, I'm looking for some info re light control boards. I understand they need to be hardwired to your power but then most of them also have a standard power plug coming off them that says its a Separate timer lead (for reset control). But the control board has a built in timer, that's the whole idea I thought. So what is the separate timer lead for and are you required to use it? Thanks

Has anyone had any experience with the Pro Grow UFO led lights? I can’t find much in reviews on them as they seem fairly new, would either a 100w or 200w be suitable for growing one plant from veg to flower. I am a complete newbie and need help please.

My current set up is a 1x1 tent with a single 130w cfl about 5 inches above 5 plants, and I’m aware this won’t give me very good results as a few people now have said; in fear of having a harvest that won’t be desirable I’ve decided to upgrade my light, but I need to do so cautiously as I’m living in a sharehouse. I’ve found led lights, but there seems to be a lot of bullshit surrounding them. My main question is this; is it true that a 300w led has an actual power draw of 136w I.e do LEDs have a lower wattage then they state? Also why? Secondly, will said 300w led light yield better results for quality and weight than my 130w cfl? Finally, how much actual watt…

i'm looking for an alternative to HLG's, obviously for financial reasons. looking for 240w quantum board. considering kingbrite as they have good reviews and are definitely samsung leds not knock offs. i haven't contacted them about shipping to aus yet as its not listed. anyone have any exp with them? or can suggest anything else?

Whats happening Lads/Ladettes Just returned from growing some dank nug in Greece and got onto some new product lines im wanting to use here too. The tent was something i purchased here. A seahawk 2.94x1.46x2.0 tent, how many lights would u recommend i use with how many plants? Ideally id like to fit 4 but i know ill be cramped for space. I have in the stock pile 15 600w lights and ballasts a next level carbon thata probably overkill. Whats your recommendation (i will be sourcing Advanced Nutrients for this grow due to its pHing technology, no fucking around is needed no meters no up or down just pour and off u go) my first 3/4 plants will be BubbleGum Fems starting…

I have 6 lights in my set up, I just took out the cool white bulbs to switch to flowering and put in 5 warm white bulbs. I can put 1 cool white bulb I'm with the warm white bulbs or leave it out or possibly buy another 5 pack. My question is will there be any negative effects of I put in 1 cool white bulb with the 5 warm white bulbs? Cheers.
