I have a powdery mildew problem that i have been spraying with the help from a lot of your recommendations. But the weather right now in my area is bad for mold and many growers are having problems due to high humidity. I'm days from harvesting, and the powdery mildew is coming on strong. I sprayed where i could trying to avoid buds. Can the mildew continue after i chop down? What should i do? How should i handle my situation. I was gonna pick some down tonight, but i noticed some mildew nearing the buds.

Milk fungicide: One part of full-cream milk to 10 parts water. Mix well and it's ready to use, cover every part of the plant, both sides of the leaves and the stems. Take care, too much milk in the mixture can promote sooty mould.

it looks like mold or possible spider mites. Ill try to get a pic up soon, but im getting worried because i hear that mold can spread very easily. Im in week 2 of flowering, and just noticed some small aphids possibly. I know my temp can fluctuate from day to night due to bad insulation, but i dont understand how this can be such a problem because plants outside can be in 90 degree heat in the day and 70 at night and be fine. Maybe humidity is too high, its usually about 60, and temp runs 70-80. Anyone had the powdery substance, or know if spider mites can look like a powdery dust on the leaves? edit: i jsut noticed it looks exactly like the picture in the above topic…

Are aphids a big problem, and fruit flys for that matter? I think i spotted a few aphids and some scattered tiny white spots. Should i get some lady bugs and call it a day, or do i need to take a few aphids really seriously? Ive heard conflicting reports, somewhere i read aphids arent to much of a big deal, other sources said different. Any help appreciated. thanks

2 hours ago i had 2 beautiful looking indicas (Hindu Kush). Only problem was the presence of shit loads of small flying insects all round the plants and the soil. I bought a cheap aerosol insecticide and gave the area a spray. One hour later my plants have curled leaves and look burned on the surface of the leaves. Is this a major stuff up or can i bring them back from this?

recently got a gift of 4 celtic stone clones in the mail. when they arrived there were sopping wet, both the cubes and the plants themselves. I think a little mold or some sort of infection took hold, they were definitely in shock anyway and drooped badly. here's a pic an hour or so after they were unpacked I put them under a couple of fluros. the box was well ventilated and the room it was in was airconditioned. I gave them canna nutes at 1.0 ec, ph 5.8, with some oxyplus and superthrive and just hoped they recovered... here is a closeup of one of some sick leaves:

Hi there My outdoor plants are attracting an insect pest that is starting to damage the leaves. I don't have a photo but they live underneath the fan leaves, are 2-3mm long, diamond shaped, white/beige in colour and some have a feathery tail. They leave a white, powdery residue on some of the leaf stems. There are also what I guess are eggs - 0.5 mm in length, beige, underneath the leaves as well. They are really doing some damage to the leaves and as much as I try and squash them, they are hanging around. Any clues on what these might be? And how to treat them?
