Hi, I am wondering about the various mixes people use with Coco in there Coco medium. I use 100% Coco & do ok with that. The obious one is 'perlite'. Also, what compost (as opposed to the "inert" Coco & perlight medium). What information I am after concerns the compost if you use Coco as a supliment with a compost. What compost & why that cinoist + approx cost - be nice ? Is the use of perlite and/or Coco in your mix considered heretic if I say it's "organic" - I'm getting itch feet and would like to do an 'organic grow'. This info is of interest to me aas I simply don't know. Thanks Coco Growers & others.

Hello again Which do you think is the best out of the following for a DWC setup? -Advanced nutrients Sensi Grow and Bloom (2 parts each) -Canna Vege and Canna Flores (2 parts each) -Canna AQUA Vege and Flores (2 parts each) or -Flairform Grow and Bloom (1 part each) -Dutch maste one grow and one bloom (1 part each) Which of the above would best suit my needs do you think? Any advice is appreciated I want the biggest buds possible (of course) Thanks

Hi there........ whats a good organic fertiliser with a high NPK ? Last year i used Charlie carp which is like fish imulsion i guess....It worked ok i guess but the NPK is quite low i think.....Total N is 9, total P is 2, and total K is 6......... sup stoners iv got a plant its been in bud for about 4 and a half weeks now i was just wonderig when do the buds fatten up? and ive seen plants on this site that have been in bud for like half the time and there totally coverd in bud n mine int any 1 no why? these pics was took about 4 days ago toke on stoners

Hi I am currently trying to make up my own potting mix. I am sitting on about 200kgs of worm castings, 40 kgs of enriched worm casting based fertilizer from nutri-tech called nutri verm. 10 bags of organic mushroom compost, 5 pags of composted chook shit and a 25kg bag of guano. I also have afew blocks of coco coir and a big bag of perlite. I am looking to make enough potting mix to fill 10 60litre bins. I was looking to use the castings as the base about 40% , perlite around 10% coco coir around 20% and the mushroom compost as the rest. Ofcourse adding a bit of lime and a few other goodies and then adding the chook poo and guano as a tea when required. I have s…

Hi there........ Just need a few tips with soil pls......... For the past 3 years ive been buying this soil from a local Nursery called Heynes.........They make several types of soil, acidic etc.......... Anyway, i always buy the Neutral potting mix soil from them......... Im using nefarious nutrient ,I have a wierd problem If premix my nutrient and let it sit over night it takes on a milky opaque appearance if put it into my rezy within a couple of hours it stays clear??????????? Last night I flushed and was left with about 30-40 litres of nutrient this morning the nutrient not in the system was opaque .But the nute in the system was nice and fresh looking . All I can put it down to is that the unused nute is not heated and would get pretty cold of a night.

Piss easy nutrient-rich compost, full of goodness. Get it right and worms/fungi will colonize your compost You need 1 x 28ltr "Nylex" recycling container, $10 from bunings 1 x 25ltr bag of Cow manure (or 25ltrs of fresh manure) -$5/bag from bunnings, cheaper sometimes from farmers. 1 x Bale of pea straw $ 15 from bunnings for 100ltr bale. I have purchased some of the above it sais to use 2ml per 10 ltr . Ihave read some where that this couild be to much .Ihave just got my clones under the big banger .My questions are: How much Should I use? Do you reccomend foliar feeding ? Can one over do it and do harm to plants?
