Hi guys and girls. Been using Canna nutes in Coco for a while and the results were pretty good. No failures or deficiencies etc but at around $40 a litre of A and B I thought there has to be a cheaper way. So I was talking to a mate a while ago about a nute range formulated for Sydney water and he swears by it so I thought f@#k it and drove out west and got myself so Podron grow A+B Bloom A+B each bottle is 5 litres. A bottle of root 79, whopper bud and energy plus. They tried selling me the Pk13/14 but already have heaps so didn't worry about it. All the above only cost me about $200 and it's a massive saving compared to my old nute range and so far I'm really impressed…

It's about time a nutrient manufacturer came out with a self adjusting PH nutrient's, i donno how long it has been on the market but i just stumbled on it while searching Ebay Sensi Nutrients have one for hydroponics and one for coco as far as i could see it automatically corrects initial PH and maintains it how good is that? I'm seriously considering DWC now just because it would be a pain in the ass draining nutes once a day to check and adjusting PH this nutrient sounds brilliant as my PH wond cost me like $60-$65 and the calibration just cost me another $14 and only lasted one calibration, these nutes would save a small fortune over years

Hey folks after about 6 years my faithful ole Eutech PH meter has lost its mind (appears to be suffering from a kind of Alzheimers forgetfulness) and is ready for retirement So i come to the finest Cannabis growers in the land to ask what do they use and recommend as a replacement for myself and others in need of a daily accurate PH meter within reason i dont mind spending $ for quality and have considered the Bluelab brand which is around $140- , its because Ive had such a great run with my Bluelab EC meter over many years But Im more curious as to what you use on a daily basis and your opinions ? ....

Hi guys, I'm planning my first indoor grow and I was wondering, what soil/potting mix do you guys use?, I'm looking for relatively simple/cheap pre-made soil mixes. The easiest option for me is to go to bunnings and get the Searles Premium potting mix and chuck some perlite in it, but I've heard that slow-release fertilisers aren't good for growing cannabis. After searching around a bit, I found someone on eBay that sells Terra Professional potting mix which I've heard is pretty good. Should I go with this mix and perlite? For ferts, I'm deciding between Canna Terra Vega/Flores(a bit pricey: $56) and seasol/powerfeed for veg, potash for flower. What do you guys think …

Has anybody reused their coco? I've just tried it. A side by side experiment. I reckon that the reused coco provided a better result than new coco. I left a batch of used coco in a wheel barrow, (in a shed) and let it dry out. (couple of months) and just reused it without any treatment.

Hi everyone, I'm new. I've read lately that the carbonated mineral water makes the seeds germinate faster. Is the carbonated mineral water normal water that simply has air bubbles or does it have some other component? Does the fact that the seeds supposedly germinate faster in its onset produces some other benefit in the flowering stage? One of the reasons that made me enter this forum and ask you this is because of this video: Https://youtu.be/zSwsW6lmoyQ A greeting!

Just wanting to hear a debate on this because of a serious lack of information on the net. I've personally found the more hardcore you get with nutes less and less information is out there

My first grow I gave my friends some serious leaf burn using PK 13 14, even though I followed all the directions. After reading 200 topics in a night(lucky it was a weekend) on other forums I straight flushed them with 20l of water each over two days and stopped it. Phew lesson learnt. Obviously after the last episode and then reading ship loads I think I've come up with a few things I like opinions on. 1.(Beginner)You only need 1/2 the recommend dose off the bottle and when you use it you should halve all your other nutrients.A+B and Supplements ****I still got a little leaf burn, half of last time and I didn't flush and it stopped where it was. Happy with that. Opini…

I once read seaweed extract encourages sexual reversal (male flowers on female plant/hermies) due to it containing plant hormones. Is alright to feed it to them early in flowering? Is that some old wives tale about the hermies? Sent from my SM-G925I using OZ Stoners mobile app

Hi all first time poster long time lurker. I'm about to start my first grow in a couple of wks. I'll be growing 2 autos under 4 x 55w T5 fluros. For my growing medium I've mixed up yates potting mix with dynanic lifter and around 20-30% perlite. I've put it into a fairly large pot with good size drain holes but the mixture seems to be holding onto too much water. I did give it a good soaking but it hasn't drained like I thought it should. Is this normal or should I bin the Yates stuff and start again? Thanks in advance!
