I have a Ph tester for my aquarium but i don't trust its accuracy. I'm new to hydroponics and needing to buy some tools of the trade if you could buy anything what would you suggest ? I was looking on ebay and i noticed this Ph Tester but i'm not sure if the applications right ? I'm thinking of setting up a bottle co2 injection system later on which this looks like it might integrate in nicely, but besides ph is there anything else i should be testing for and keeping my eye on ? Cheers !

Turned my lights on for the first time on 2 little clones last Sunday, its been exactly a week and i think i might be over watering them, they just seem to be very heavy in the tips of the leaves ... my watering cycle is set to 10 mins every 3 hours under constant 24 hour lights.... should i maybe go 3-4 mins every 2 hours or something ? I've posted pics of the girls so if someone who knows what there looking at can give me some advice it would be great ! Hi, I have been reading a few posts about bugs and have a Q for anyone that has had bug issues. Do you run fongi rid in you res? Also do you spray nem oil on your veging plants?? Over the years I think I have had every bug you could hope to never have, spider, white fly even nematode. After the many battles with them all I found two things that have never failed me. 1: I run fongi rid ALL the time. One sache per 20l. I never not have it running through my system. I use to run ebb, ran it in that now I run dwc and I run it in there. I have put a few people on to it. And the common saying is " if I could snort the stuff I would, best thing ever". And it is how can…

Please, i need some help. My plants have some kind of trouble and i need to know what it is in order to save them. They are in an indoor, I have them with an HM of 100W, two fans (in and out). The temperature is usually 16 C at night and moves arround 24 C with the lights on. The lights are on a 4/20 regime so far, the plants are auto flowering. They are 2 weeks old. The humidity outside the indoor is very high. With the lights on inside moves from 45 to 60%, but at night sometimes it goes up to 84%. Now it has a dehumidifier, so i reckon that wont be a problem anymore, but perhaps it was too late. The earth in the pot is made of planting earth, pearls (having problems he…

This happened a few days after I planted it in the soil after being in a pot. It's sad because it's a Sativa and it's growing ever so slowly as they do! I would like it to recover Any ideas?

gday, im fairly new to growing hydro as this is my second attempt, first one never looked right but attempted only using 2x 90 watt led took 6 months but ended up turning hermy, salvaged enough decent smoke to make it worth while! this time round again doesnt look right, alot of single leaves or three fingered leaves joined at the base? some new growth twisted? bit of purple in upper stems and leaf stems. PPM is 1300 ph 5.5-6, growing medium coco, light is 600 HPS and 2 90watt led each side. temp hovering 30c. only thing i can think of with the single and joined leaves is the cutting was taken after light cycle had already changed plant is 3 weeks old. will post pics as…
