Hey guys. I have this one plant which is VERY yellow. and only on the canopy. Below the top leaves she is nice and green. I also have another 2 plants which are all identical (from the same mother) and they are fine and green, no problems at all. They are in soil So basically I have 3 plants, all the same, all being fed and watered the same, yet one is massively yellow on the canopy. She is also the closest to the light but I moved the light further away, temps are fine (23 degrees at the top leaves) and its been like 2 weeks and still no improvement.... Thats about a week ago, since then she has got a bit worse, when I get the digicam back i'll take some more pics…

Hey, my poor plant is looking rather down and i am not sure why and how to fix it (if possible). problem: lower leaves are losing their colour, turning yellow and wilting, my question, is this due to: a) Natural wilting of lower leaves (i've heard that the bottom leaves can just drop off with no problem i think) A lack of secondar nutrients (maybe iron, magnesium or manganese) c) Root problem, as you can see the plant has outgrown it's pot and roots are growing out the bottom. I would prefer not to transfer plant to bigger pot yet as i plan to cut out the bottom of pot and whack in ground in a few weeks and just want a healthy plant to survive the transplant. …

I have been flowering for about a week.... and almost that entire time my plant has been hell droopy.... look at these pics First day of flower: Today: I recently had to change my watering schedule to every 2 days instead of every 3 cause she seemed to be drying out much quicker. Also she has been under a bit of stress - after flowering for a few days I accidently left my light timer on alwayus on for 2 days. She's now had two full sets of 12 hour darkness so hopefully back well into flower... could that kind of light stress cause the plant to look so droopy? today I gave her a massive flush, then a feed with some nutes and h2o2, about 10 hours before the phot…

does anyone know why rockwool cubes turn green when they are wet and have been placed in light? my bet would be an algea or fungal growth but none the less, it looks bad and cannot be really that great for plants :thumbdown also, once its set in, is there any way to stop it growing or even better, kill it off? and if u keep the cubes out of light, will the green shit still appear ??? i have seen many clones with that kind of shitty looking cubes and dont want to take my cuttings and have that happen to them is all...

Hi Im a new member here and youll be seeing me mostly in the fungal and ethnobotanical forums however i thought id drop in tao ask what you all think of the use of Trichoderma fungus in mies to control fungal root pathogens For those who dont know Trichoderma is the forest green mould and it lives in woody debris where it breaks down the dead plant matter It is non pathogenic/toxic to plants or humans and few allergic responses have been recorded It is a fungus that gets introduced to soil or growing media to inhibit other fungi Trichoderma exudes potent lytic enzymes as it grows that specifically target the cell membranes of other fungi and so dissolves the compe…

What can you tell about a plant from the smell of the buds? Every time I open my closet it smells like I've got some choc mint buds in there! I don't know if this is the organic fert I'm using , which smells a bit manure-ish, but it just made me wonder about what you can teel from smelling a plants buds ( citral , salty , chemically or what have you).

I'm growing in a disused house (with power!!) and a mouse has managed to get into my grow box and has cut down two of my bonzai (M.J.) plants by chewing through the bottom of the stems! If you're growing in a garage, shed or an unused house, get a cat or a snake or you could use poison. But don't use poison if you have pets because if they eat poisoned rodents, they get poisoned too.

 today I discovered heaps of , what looks like tiny , baby flies crawling all over my buds. They dont look like gnats or thrips, just liitle flies. I painfully removed them all & moved the plant & found hundreds of dead ones on the floor . And more flying around the light . They havent been eating away at the plant luckily.but i'm still concerned about the final product , will it be alright ot smoke? I have a crappy little set up for one little plant & I have an organic pellet fertilizer top coating , could they just be flies breeding in the dung on the top? I have moved my plants around a little , from outside to get natural sunlight. any help wou…

Hello stoners. Still trying to sort out this bug prob of me mates. Does anyone have any pics of scarid fly larvae? These little critters seem to have two little snail like eyes/antenae and jump across the surface of the water, and are white in colour. He has placed sticky traps across the top of the medium(clay balls) but has had no adults fly into it yet and has seen no adults buzzing around. Any help would be greatly appreciated before some chemicals are used.
