Hey all , just hope someone can answer this cuz there are heaps of the little buggers all over my plant, there ususally on the underside of the leaf but not always and there putting little white dots over the leaves there sitting on...

 

Just hope someone knows what they are, and what would be the easiest way to get rid of em...
