So maybe some of you have seen my dungeon space already in my grow diaries. I'm considering another 600w light to grow 4 more plants under. The area is not very easy to access so I don't want to be climbing around to get to it so often. That means maybe only weekly watering and prefer no mixing of nutes. I'm OK with bunnings soil and know that's not ideal. So far I'm thinking 20L hempys with hydroton in the res and the soil up top. I figure the soil retains the water well and contains most of what the plant needs in terms of nutes. The hempy res I might make a bit taller, up from 2 inches to 3 inches so it holds more water and wicks it up into the soil. Hopefully weekly w…

Is tucking a thing? Topped on Monday and then tucked the new growth under the fan leaves to give new growth light and hopefully encourage growth in the new nodes coming out. Total area still collecting same light. LSD and Liberty Haze from Seedsman. Also have Kush and Cookies for CBD and Jack Herer as freebie. Cheers Modaf

Hi crew I’ve been reading up on cloning while flowering they’ve referred to it as monster cropping . Royal seeds and Bergman talk about it but just wondering if anyone on here actually does it ? I wasn’t sure if the added stress would run a higher risk of hermi plants or not . (After my current grow getting a hermie and having 4 of 8 plants go to seed I’m paranoid now ) They say MC is great for scrog but I haven’t seen any posts of anyone mentioning it so could all be bullshit but enlighten me if anyone does Cheers

Hi all. I'm wanting to base my current/next grow on more resin/tric production for oil extraction but besides a few basic changes in nutrients and strains, is there anything else people can suggest that will help with the resin production? after any extra tips and tricks from growing medium to nutes or even light spectrum? How was your experience growing for hash/oil?

As some of you might know I'm a coco perlite grower. I'll be buying a bag of vermiculite this weekend and have perlite already (just standard coarse size not chunky). I'm not keen on watering all the time so would like advice as to how much vermiculite to mix with my perlite to get roughly the same water retention as straight coco. I've heard 70/30 perlite/vermiculite as common. Can I add more vermiculite? Is there such a thing as too much vermiculite in my mix? Cheers team. Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app

thinking about making a hempy bucket, watched a few small vids on the system , but not sure what is a good mix to use , ie, 50-50 coco perlite , 100% perlite & so on …...whats your preferred medium to use & why ……..do your yields stay about the same , & what is a good nute to run , ie soil , coco or aqua nute line , the vids I saw said it didn't matter, ive heaps of canna coco A+B , is that ok...……& bucket size , 5-15 gallon , is the suggested size , whats your preferred size bucket & why Nutter

Hey crew When I flip them and change to 12/12 I usually always change the globes from 600mh to hps straight away ... just wondering if there is any difference in leaving the MH bulbs on for the first week or two as the plant transitions or is the redder spectrum preferred ? Probably doesn’t matter I’m guessing but thought I’d ask Thanks !

So I started this grow 6 weeks ago now from seed. Just some bush seeds I picked up as a trial run. They are under a 250w cfl 6500k globe at the moment and I have a 2700k globe for flower. My question is I have almost 10cm between nodes on alot of the branches, have I had the light too far above or could it just be the strain? They've been sitting about 20cm above the top for most part. I have just got my NL and WW seeds today so was just thinking of flipping these and making a start on germinating the new ones. Any suggestions or help would be great.

Has anyone in Aus given this a try? It should be completely legal as Phylos requires you to wash the stem/genetic material 3 times in isopropyl alcohol to prevent positives if they are pulled through customs. This method was implemented to be able to cross states and go through mail centres in the US where they do occasionally test and infrequently search and test for trace amounts. G'day all. Just a quick one, I missed this years season due to work/holiday. So I've got a few under lights now (one month old today). If I keep them in veg under lights for say, another 4-6 weeks then move them outside to flower (around Late March early April) 1. Will they survive the cold toward the end of their flower? (Late May) 2. Will this be detrimental or favorable to my overall yield? And 3. I've heard shit talk of cooler weather providing those purples and reds etc etc, will this be a possibility? My outdoor grow has just starting to flower. Ive stripped off some of the lower 'baby leaves'.... but im wondering should I do more? Here are some pics. You can maybe see the branches are bare where it splits from the main. Thats where I have stripped. Also a shot from above. Hey guys, Been reading various grow diaries and questions , searching for hours and now im concerned about my planned grow. Today I ordered some CBD crack by fast buds. Its a feminised auto. Ive ordered 3 (wish i went for 5 now), all of which i will try and germinate. Hopefully, by the time they arrive and I am ready to germinate and plant it will be 4-6weeks. Im in S.E Queensland and it will be an outdoor grow. So far I'm thinking: 10-15L pot (any preference or recommendations?) Canna terra pro.
