Hey everyone just want to ask a question about a lot of pics I've seen throughout the forum of plants that are obviously right before harvest. Seems many people trim pretty much every leaf off leaving just bud and the plant still intact. Is this to harden the buds? Or perhaps to focus the last of its energy into bud size? A lot of mixed info on this going around and would like a straight answer as to why I've seen it so much thanks guys! Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app

Hey crew - apologies started a thread before with some questions but thought I’d start a new one and feel free to hijack it with your own questions just keep on the coco topic !! Just after everyone’s own success regimes and I’ll trial a few and see what works for me - My gross are generally in a 2.4m long by 1.5m wide and 2.4 high cool room panel shed - I’ve also got 1.5m sq tent I veg and sometimes bloom in aswell but currently trying dwc in that tent (see grow diary Jimboss goes to Africa ) 600 hPs in 27litre dual pots run to waste with an average ec of 1.4 in veg and 1.8 flower running Canna Coco (easier to buy in 5L drums and don’t need seperate veg and bloom nute…

Up here in seq our light hours sort of suck, the hours are slowly increasing around 9mins a week but still under 11hours atm, I’ve only ever grown from seed outdoors and from late October, we still only get between 12-13 hours. Moving clones outdoors! Do they need to be brought up on 13 hours of light to stay within there veg cycle? If started under 18/6 cycle would they be shocked into flowering even if shifting to over the 12hour mark? Probably answered on this forum somewhere but fuck me if I can find it. I was thinking even if I start shifting them towards the 13 hours of light now that 15 min drop a week might start them flowering, then get stuck in a reveg lim…

alright itchy ... i'm set. decided to go with two seeds and will try to fit them in a space bucket for a few weeks, until the flowering/drying tent comes available. have put the seeds in the strainer, wrapped the inside of two banana peels around the strainer (ladyfingers, so needed two ), put a couple of rubber bands around them so that i can't see the strainer and put the whole lot in a paper bag at the back of the fridge - thanks for the detailed instructions mate. just a question ... normally, i drop a seed straight into a shot glass filled with water and 1% fulvic acid for around 24 hours ... then into soil/peat with a tiny amount of myco in the hole. do you rec…

Hey crew I know it’s a dumb question since it’s not my first grow but just want to make sure I’m doing everything right !! When mixing nutes I always add say 1/4 water with my hose/ inlet valve running in the reservoir and add in my Part A nutes while letting the water keep stirring and filling up the res , I then add part B a couple mins later ... it’s never gone milky on me which I’ve heard of it does it’s not mixed properly and basically throw it out . Then if I’m adding rhizo I’ll do it and stir it up . Budlink silica - never really used it anyone here use it ? And do you mix that before or after the Part a and B ? Then after the Chems I’ll PH the water to suit …

Has anyone tried adding a UV B light late flower? Did you notice any difference in final potency? It’s supposed to help increase THC levels and there are cheap UV B lights used for reptiles which would be easy to use. Using a HLG which doesn’t appear to have any UV B spectrum. Cheers. I got some seeds once through Seedsman and didn't have any problems and was really happy with the service but that was a few years ago and after reading all the negative feedback about them that's happened since I've decided I might go with the one seed bank thats always had more recommendations than negative feedback, Herbie's. Has anyone ordered through them recently and can verify that they are still the same reliable company that I've always herd them to be?

She's going ok n nearly done. Being an auto don't wanna trim too much, let her concentrate on that main coala. White rhino next to her who can stretch out bit more once the auto done. Plus my biggest girl in other tent my northern lights. Think I've got the hang of this now [emoji4]

I’ve done a bit of searching but haven’t found the definition of Plant Height. Is this an estimate of the final flowering height without training or pruning?
