General Cultivation Q&A

Is it as easy as trimming all the branches off to achieve a single cola plant (crop) like the picture shown below..?

Im using two rooms .. One for clones & veg and the other for flowering.. Problem is if i leave them in the veg room waiting for the ones in the flowering room to harvest they end up way too tall for the flowering room (9-12 weeks in flower room). Cloning Method: Clones are placed thru some foam and floating in ph adjusted water for 48 hours, then into rockwool, clay balls and basket until they have developed roots. Then i slowly increase the nuits over the next 3-4 weeks. This has been a very successful method in the past. I'm starting to wonder if using additives like Monsta Bud and Ozi Tonic are really worth the time, effort and especially the extra $'s :scratchin Anybody out there done a comparison grow with and without? I've used Monsta Bud on my past two grows and I'm wondering if I would be better off using a different nute to get the same result. This shot shows my current grow and a bud at 5 weeks that's had the recommended dosage of Monsta Bud and I'm not all that impressed. I'm using the Hydrobotanics Bloom/Monsta Bud combination in the flower stage and they were vegged using Bud Pounder. I flowered my last grow (Bubbleberry) with the Bud Pounder Bloom nute and a bit of Monsta …

I hope this is in the right section. Was wondering what other ppl here are using as a soil mix for indoors. I'm just giving the hydro a rest for a while and havin a crack at the soil grow. cheers KEZZ.

Hey growers, Ive bought a few things for a mix -richgro promix, some perlite, blood and bone. was going to get some worm castings but was told at that nursery that you cant buy it and have to compost it yourself (?). was going to use an organic compost mix instead. anyway, my question is does anyone have a good indoor soil mix that they use from seedling to flower using these kind of ingredients. i have some dutchmaster that i was use lightly after a while as well. cheers

I'm trying to think of an appropriate schedule for the grow. But my head just keeps on confusing it self. Grow space is 1200H x 800L x 600D Cupboard. I want to have plants always flowering, i was thinking just two? in that space. Maybe having a mother and a couple of clones. Therefore i would have one mother plant, and 4 clones in one space. The clones i would take once a month from the mother. 2 every month. Veg them for 4 weeks each. But this would mean i would always have 4 plants in my flower space :S because they would take 8 weeks~ in total in there.. oh god im muddled, does anyone have any ideas or have a setup similar to this?

what is the best method of storing my seeds before im ready to germinate?

Any 1 get better yields doing this? water nutes every 2nd day thru out grow?
