Yea Kinda agree, the reason they say not to use it, is that it contains a glue that makes it sticky to soil particles etc. In hydro using clayballs etc, it sticks to them and causes algae.

 

Nutriboost is bascially the same thing but less the glue.

 

Also Superbud is still available, they withdraw it as a 2 part mix and rereleased it as a single part.

You can also buy rock juice and sudden impact kits that are the same thing too.

That hydrocentre has the superbud.

i've used superthrive in hydro for a long time, clay balls are my chosen medium for about the last 5 crops, never had any problem with sticky glue or anything like it, I swear by the stuff for clones and veg.

Indeed, that was the entire point. I have not experienced any "glue" or "excessive algae growth".

 

Sounds more like a commercial operator trying to push the nutriboost.

I tried it when I first started growing, I always got green clayballs or perlite from using it??

Its good stuff though, I use it outdoors on normal plants. They love it.

Well, for what it's worth, here she is at the start of week 9. Used Monsta Bud and Ozi Tonic as per the bottle and now on plain water to flush for the next couple of weeks.

Is anyone using Bio-Juice with good results? It is a bit cheaper than many other organic nutes....

I dont mind the Superbud or Rock Juice to add weigth , anyone used Liquid Lead with good results ?
