hi folks im posting from scotland on your board because ive recently come across another "new range" of nutrient in my local hydro shop its called "greendream" made by a co. called flairform(in your fine country)......i havent bought it yet but the blurb on the leaflet sounds appealing, its claiming to be a true 2 part nutrient in a single bottle(im lazy & hate mixing As & Bs & stuff) so....the big question is(OK questions ).....is it any good?.....do many of you folks use it?.......are we only seeing it here because you dont use it over there? sounds great to me if it does wot it says on the tin..also claims to be 20% stronger than your avg. 2 parte…

Okay so somehow I came around to getting some seedlings in miniature pots of soil, usually I just get some clones slap then in a rockwool slab and turn the lights on. My questions are, how long do I wait until transplanting them? At the moment their under a 600w with 1 node of 4 leafs and a second node JUST starting to emerge. And when I do transplant them is it okay to just cut a hole in the rockwool slab the size of the pot and put the seedling with the soil in? Other then that I have a bag of perlite, but just wondering would it be optimal to use rockwool? or will perlite do the same thing.

I'm doing my first indoor and liked the idea of 5 hours less light on the girls so jumped straight into the 12-1 system. It seems to be humming along really well but as it's my first indoor I don't know if I could have achieved quicker results with the standard 18-6. so if you could let me know if you've tried it and is it as good as 18-6 thanks Puks

Hello Stoners. I got a few new toys recently, a pH meter & a Bluelab truncheon. I've got no worries using & reading them... I have noticed that the girls are drinking heaps but not eating over the past few days. Now... We're 6-7 weeks in, flushed under a 4-5 days ago, pH is perfect, drinking 15lt a day & eating not a thing...? The girls look fine, not stressed or anything but with these new toys of mine I am a bit. Who knows they might have always done this... Anyone else had this? Grow hard, stay safe. Greenbum.

Hi guys, I have upgraded my res to a 220lt barrel but am finding that my barrel seems to be draining really fast - overnight seemingly. A friend has said that with the pressure of so much water in the barrel, after my timer has switched of it my be syphoning through my system to my plants untill the barrel is dry ?? Has anyone else had similar probs ?? If so how did you resolve it. I know I could perhaps half fill the barrel but that kinda defeats the larger res upgrade.... Thanks

Hi all, this is my first year growing in a high altitude regain. Only a month ago it was covered in snow, so I was after any advice or tips to help me cope with a short season. I have nice soil already turned over and fertilized, I have been told soil that gets snow covered for the winter can be low in PH, so if anyone can shed more light on that it would be much appreciated. Hi All, I posted this in a different area of this forum, but not sure if it was the right area so hoping for some pointers here. I have very old seeds and they are a really good strain. This year, I am getting a very low 'sprout' rate and I fear that this might be the last year that I can grow from them. I have not yet grown a male from these seeds in the past couple of years and I assume this next run will be the same. If that's the case, I'm willing to sacrifice one female this year and turn it into a hermie so that I can get a good pile of seeds for the future. I am using phophoric acid at the moment. I think that's what the guy at the hydero shop said anyway.. I am just about out of it and don't really want to go all the way to the hydro shop if I can avoid it.. what do others use? Is there something I can buy from a hardware store? Tanks Puka

hey fellas does anyone have any pics of a basic aeroponic cloner? i want a good one with water heater and shit need some ideas i remember making my own aeroponic system a few years back using basic bunnings sprinklers it didnt work to well i ended up with root rot so if anyone has plans or pictures that would be fantastic i ideally want to use a 20L pale/bucket from bunnings and need all parts pretty much available from bunnings and an aquarium shop i was looking at ordering one form the USA/ebay but $150 is a bit steep and the pump is 120v plus customs would inspect the item on entry to oz

ok so ive got to be the unluckiest person in history (ok so slight exageration ) bought a clone and grew 2 others from seed clone is budding (4 weeks ish ) others were huge and didnt bud so just been pulled ( 4 weeks and no bud is way too long right ?) I want to maximise bud growth ..... im not sure on technical names but what i have is perlite blend with clay ... 1 resevoir with pump and 3 other under the perlite resevoirs .... one pot ontop of other .... lights are down to 8hrs a day now and buds are as big as thumb nail (small by what I have seen others get ) lights are 3 800w hps bulbs (red kinda colour) room is full panda wrap big exhaust big inlet 1 fan built in …

hi all i have just had to police turn up at my old address with a warrent and i am stressing that they will turn up at my current place. atm i have plants in 12/12 and i am wondering if transfering them to outside atm as its about 13/11 light hours where i am will they continue to flower or will they stress out and turn hermie thanks.

hi all i am in start of my first ever flowering period and i am confused on what to feed at what times i am using a homemade soil mixture pretty crappy not alot of fertaliser so i need to compensate. I have Manutec Bloom booster + Searles Thrive fruit and flower. I get that manutec shouldnt be used at every feed only once maybe twice a week but i dont know about this thrive. i am using only manutec atm sorry if im rambeling but i am totally confused with this nute stuff. Also has anybody got any ideas of what products i can use that contain high phosphorus or a complete rundown of veg and flower soil nutes that are availible in australia thanks.
